I guarantee a perfect stay for you and your family or friends. The apartment is brand new and it is designed for a family or a group of friends. It offers you a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and spacious bedrooms.

My exclusive accommodation consists of two bedrooms and a spacious living room. If more than 8 guests arrive, the living room can be used like a bedroom for 3 persons. You will have access to every room in my apartment.

Dear guests, due to Czech accommodation policy law we are obliged to inform you in advance about our unified and fixed fee 4€ per night and person which will be paid once at check-in in cash.
The fee of 4€ consists of:
- City fee: Approx 1€ (21 CZK)
- Administrative fee: 1.5€
- Accounting fee: 1.5€
You will receive a proper receipt.
For invidiual situations we can allow payment for this fee by card via Airbnb, but in this case you can be charged with an extra cost. Without the payment of this fee it is not possible to accommodate you. If you need more details, please contact us BEFORE you confirm the reservation.
Personal check-in after 22.00 (10 PM) is for an extra charge of 20€. You can always use a self check-in option for free of course.
Breakfast is not included - Please Contact us for more information about the breakfast options.
