Our home is a 1906 Classic Denver "Painted Lady" Victorian updated to include modern conveniences in the heart of Denver's Highlands/ Sunnyside neighborhood.
Comfortable for a single traveler or couple, we offer one bedroom with a private bath and memory-foam queen bed.
Complete your "work from anywhere" commute with fast fiberoptic wifi, and a zoom-friendly workspace that allows you to turn your camera on (if you feel like it.)
Large closet and private bath; shared kitchen & living areas.

Your private space includes:
- a comfortable, memory-foam Queen bed with eucalyptus and down duvet and pillows;
- modest professional workspace with zoom-friendly background and super-fast fiberoptic wifi;
- ensuite nespresso machine & hot tea selection;
- your own private bathroom with heated floors and thermostat,
- Plenty of storage and hanging space, and an iron and ironing board
- SW facing windows for those beautiful Denver sunsets.
Ideal for the traveling business professional hoping to be close to Downtown, or a vacationing couple who wants to explore all that Denver has to offer.
May not be ideal for more than one person for an extended period of time. There is only one remote workspace set up and while the bedroom is on the large size for an historic home, it is still not very big by modern standards.
About the neighborhood:
Walk 3 blocks south to Locaovre, Denver's premier farm-to-table local grocer; 2 blocks North to "El Jefe" classic farm-to-table Mexican, and 4 blocks East to Cherry Bean coffee (our local coffee and smoothie bar.)
We're a 5 min bicycle ride to DT, 10 minutes by public transit, or 5 min by car.

Main floor includes your bathroom, shared kitchen, dining area, and well-appointed living room with wood-burning fireplace. Often you'll have these spaces to yourself.
The basement includes laundry and MIL unit and is not accessible to guests.
For longer stays, access to washer and dryer can be arranged (just ask).
Please note that a friendly pup (Chocolate lab by the name of Cooper) lives here, too. While the home is very clean and free of hair, Coop may be around and this is probably not a suitable place for someone allergic to dogs.

There is sometimes a dog in residence (Chocolate lab named "Cooper") who you may not see. But he lives here, too, so if you are allergic, this may not be the best fit.
This is a private room in a shared house with roommates (2 women and a man.)
