Tile throughout (no carpet) for enhance sanitary cleanliness. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this cozy modern Florida ranch home. Great for family or small group of friends. ATTENTION: Backyard of home is currently under renovations. You will NOT have access to backyard or pool during your stay. There may be remodeling work being done in the backyard during your stay. Again, you understand that you will NOT have access to back yard of the home.
Beautifully remodeled Florida Ranch Style Home in quiet safe neighborhood. Enjoy this 5 bedroom/3 full bath home that has been designed for comfort during your vacation. This home has tile throughout (no carpets) so we can easily sanitize the home.
Bedroom #1: Master Suite bedroom. This bedroom has it's own private bathroom inside. Large 55' Roku Tv. King bed with amazing 12" memory foam mattress for an amazing night.
Bedroom #2: Queen bedroom suite with it's own private bathroom. Large screen roku TV and 12" memory foam mattress so you feel like you are sleeping on clouds.
Bedroom #3: Queen Bedroom with large screen TV and 12" memory foam mattress.
Bedroom #4: Mickey Mouse theme bedroom with 2 twin beds, each having it's own 12" memory foam mattresses. Roku TV.
Bedroom #5: Harry Potter theme room with 2 twin beds each with 12" memory foam mattresses and large Roku TV.
Living room: Sofa with chaise and large 65" Roku TV.
Kitchen: Beautiful kitchen with new shaker style white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. We also supply coffee maker that takes regular ground coffee or Keurig K-cups. Air Fryer, Indoor grill, slow cooker, pots/pans, plates and bowls, utensils, cups and other basic kitchen items.
Washer/dryer available for your use.
Bathroom #1: Located in the hallway, this is a full bathroom with tub/shower.
Bathroom 2: Located inside master king bedroom. This is a full bathroom with a large walk in shower.
Bathroom 3: Located inside one of the queen bedrooms. This is a full bathroom with a walk in shower.
Backyard of this home is currently under renovations. Backyard and pool area will be off limits until February 2021. YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE BACK YARD AND POOL UNTIL FEBRUARY 2021.
