Enjoy sailing lessons on the bay, great people watching on the "MB boardwalk", awesome sand and surf, Belmont Park – an old fashioned amusement park with a wooden roller coaster - and a great variety of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the local beach scene too.
Enter this 2nd story, 600 sq. ft. 1-bedroom, 1-bath bright condo and find yourself in a very comfortable great room area with cluster seating, a flat screen TV, and slider access to the patio, with a table for 4 and a brand new barbecue. Inside you will find a kitchen breakfast bar with 2 stools as well as the 4-top outdoor dining table makes the indoor/outdoor living easy to enjoy. The kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks. Just add the food and the fun and enjoy!
The bedroom has a queen bed large mirrored closets. The bath has a shower/tub combination. And of course all bed and bathroom are furnished with an ample supply of premiere lines for your every comfort.
Additional amenities include a shared laundry, and 1-space underground parking garage.
ATTENTION: This home is located in a very quiet, high-density condo complex with a strict HOA and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
