This simple bright and open one bedroom apartment has stellar ocean views and is a block from beachfront promenade . There are tons of little shops and cafes and a superb mall a couple of km away at park royal . The apartment is the perfect spot for Skier‘s going to Cypress or Whistler wanting to return on the same day. It is fresh quiet and safe. Room for two people or more exists due to the comfortable sofa bed and a separate one bedroom. Parking available. No hassles like downtown ! Enjoy !

The kitchen/ living room are open plan and comfy sofa bed can be used to create another bedroom with great clean air and a view .
This is a great location and a very quiet building so please be respectful of this .
You can see the Pacific from my living room and it is one block to beach promenade !
The Beach house resistant has great oysters and is 10 mins walk away on the prom .
Ambleside district is quaint and has all you could need in shops / cafes / pub at red lion and easy access to highway to cypress /20 min drive ) or whistler ( 1.5 hrs drive ) . West Van has the best sunsets - great for a jog / bike or stroll . Romantic views and close to park royal mall which has anything you could want ... even a TESLA dealer !

There are many good places to eat very close to apt.
The Heirloom is good for a brekkie or the red lion pub in Dundarave just a short walk away .
The Park Royal is amazing and actually a pleasant outdoor design with tons of good stores to enjoy .
I love the promenade and can often be found jogging the sea wall there .
There’s a skate board park near another cafe called the boat house right on beach in Ambleside .
Thai massage at Saba Thai is superb just across the road .

This is a quiet and older neighbourhood -so please respect the quiet space of my apt at night .
I love the safety of this area -and the ability to park in the street in front of my building or at back parking space ( if I am away) with no worries etc .
We are 15 mins or less to downtown core of Van or Stanley park and bus service is good in day especially -so don’t even need a car really .
Summer brings boating / sailing and paddle boarding. It’s coming soon ... !
