This small studio, offered by us as Airbnb Superhosts (checkout our 100+ 5 star reviews on our other listings 1-4!) is perfectly suited to a sole guest, or two very friendly ones! It has basic kitchen facilities, including a fridge, 2 ring hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster oven and air fryer.
Super newly installed aircon and fast internet make it a great place to work too.
The bed is a very comfortable double which sleeps one very comfortably or two very close friends!
Take your morning coffee or evening drinks on the cool deck right out through the sliders. Horses graze in paddocks right there.
A smart TV inside for rainy or cold nights, and a full bathroom c/w spacious newly tiled shower make this the complete neat getaway or a place perfect for a work assignment.

The apartment is all yours. In addition you can visit the stables, watch the riders from the observation decks, sit on the dock overlooking the lily pond or take a short walk around the nature/equestrian trail which is actually on the property.

This is an ag/res neighborhood with miles of trails and canals full of wildlife.
If you want noise, city stuff, loads of bars and restaurants, this isn't for you.
That said, it's 5 minutes to the supermarket, Fired Up Pizza, Tropical Smoothie cafe, Dunkin's and even Wendys.
It's like you're 'out here' but can easily get back to civilization if you want to!
