It boasts upgraded kitchen kitchen appliances, granite countertops, real hardwood floors, a beautiful raised deck, a BBQ and gas hookup, and a large fully fenced backyard that backs onto a green space. It includes a single car garage, as well as, a concrete driveway for an extra car space. The community is friendly, quiet, and professional, and has everything you need within easy reach.

Guest can access the backyard, however, the back yard is shared with the owner. There is a legal walk-out (separate entrance from the back) basement suite that the owner will occupy. She will be happy to help with concerns and will be a step away to help with anything that may be needed. She will also be using/sharing the backyard mostly for her friendly, gentle and happy golden retriever dog.

This is the first time I have listed any property to stay at, so I will not have super host status, but I can ensure that your stay will be well-considered and prepared for. I will only be a step away if there are any questions or concerns. Also as for internet and cable: The House is equipped with the highest speed Telus “gigabit” internet for guests that may work from home. It also has cable boxes and tv’s available with the “essentials” channels.
