All 3 bedrooms have blackout roller shades, ceiling fans, closets, luggage racks and closet organizers. Will accept small pets with refundable deposit and an additional $50 cleaning fee.

We are still working on photos, I'm in the process of painting the dining tabletop after an acetone mishap. We will post additional photos of kitchen within the week. We have a plan to improve the backyard space, at this time it is fenced with chain link, but not secure enough to leave a pet unattended. We do have a covered patio off of the dining area which leads out to a laundry room (part of the home but a separate entry, this laundry room is secured with a digital lock.
The home is on a quieter street in a more established neighborhood. You will see families walking their dogs on weekends or just walking for enjoyment. This is a modest neighborhood, but definitely not seedy. You are 5 minutes from the Medical Center, UTHSC, 7 minutes from the airport. You are about 5 blocks from the I-10/410 interchange, you can hear some highway noise.
