In a small co-ownership of 11 flats, Ty Brennig, entirely renovated, is located on the 3rd and last floor, accessible by stairs.
Facing North-East, you will benefit from a freshness that is very much appreciated during the hot summer months.
With a surface area of 21 m², the studio is arranged as follows
- The living room is divided into 3 functional areas: a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a lounge area with a sofa bed for a second bed and a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter and Senseo coffee machines, crockery, etc.). You can have your meals on site.
- Bathroom with spacious shower (100x80), washbasin unit with large mirror and hanging toilet.
The studio is equipped with a washing machine and for the little ones, a cot and a high chair are available on request.
The property has an inner courtyard with an area for hanging laundry. A storeroom can also be provided if necessary to store equipment (beach, bicycles, pushchair, etc).
