If you are looking for a relaxing bayside rental in the middle of it all, you’ve come to the right place. Pilot House is a beautiful collection of condos situated in the iconic Village of Baytowne Wharf. Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep and venture out into all that is the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort®. When you come home to Pilot House, you really can have it all.
Unit 317 is a newly updated one bedroom, one-bathroom condo on the third floor that offers a master bedroom with a new king mattress and boxsprings and en suite bath featuring a double vanity and separate tub/shower. This unit can also be paired with attached unit 315.
The main living space is open concept with a full kitchen, dining area, and large living room with flat screen TV. A variety of family games are stocked to provide fun for all. If you’re looking to cook on this trip to the Gulf of Mexico, unit 317 has you covered. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, modern fixtures, and a breakfast bar for added seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new toaster coffee maker, and all the essentials you may need.
