The units are delivered to our guests cleaned and with all the facilities and supplies.
We do not include the price of energy during the staying, we have an independent energy clock for every unit ands the price of energy is 5 pesos per killowatt, which give us and average from 30- 100 pesos per day depending on the personal habits of consumption, some of our guests have spent 10 pesos a day in long term rentals.
When our Guests arrive, we take a picture of the energy clock and we do the same days before the departure, then we call energy company and get the total amount consumed in pesos.
By doing this we assure to have good rates for long term accommodation, and our guests pay on the order of their energy needs.
We also assure to have a responsible consumption and take care of our environment.
We do not include the cleaning of whites and sheets or the apartment, however laundries and cleaning service is always available at extra cost.
We include at the first day of arrival toilet paper, soap, and water, as a welcome package. Please take into consideration that our goal is to have longterm rentals, any further soap, toilet paper, water should be bought by our guests.
A refundable deposit for the electricity consumption is required.
