This two bedroom park view condo features a King size bed in the master and a Full/Twin bunk bed in the guest room, a sofa bed as well as a full kitchen, two full baths and a private balcony. There is a full size washer and dryer in condo for guest use. Amenities associated with the B building include a large indoor pool, hot tub area, sauna, sundecks and an exercise room. Also feel free to use the additional amenities including a lazy river complex, playgrounds, indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, exercise room, laundry and a deli that features some hearty subs!
其他注意事項 Persons occupying a vacation condominium must include an occupant who is at least 23 years of age. Reservation must also be in the name of someone 23 years of age or older.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is between 4:00PM and the close of business on the day of your arrival. Properties are not guaranteed to be ready at 4:00 PM. Early check-in is permitted for a nominal fee and must be purchased prior to 48-hours of arrival date. Late Arrival: If you are arriving after 5:00PM, you must notify our office so arrangements can be made for your check-in packet.
Check-out: Check-out time is before 10:00 AM. Guests leaving when the office is closed may drop keys in the key drop box located outside the office door. Guest will be charged a $75.00 per hour fee for late departures. Please do not leave keys in the condo; a $10.00 charge per key will apply if keys are not returned to our office.
Cancellations/Transfers: Free cancellation for cancellation within 48 hours of booking, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in. Confirmed reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival. For cancellations received 7-days or more in advance of arrival date, a refund of 50% of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee. No refunds are issued for early departures.
Accommodations: Each condominium is privately owned, furnished and equipped according to the Owner's taste and requirements. The condition and furnishings of each condo may vary. All condos are designated as non-smoking. We cannot guarantee that the property will be smoke free. We will make every effort to complete reasonable repairs and corrections as soon as possible.
Housekeeping/Linen Service: Units are cleaned following departure only. Daily cleaning service and/or additional linen is available for an additional charge. All units are supplied one-time with linen, towels and washcloths. You will be responsible for maintaining the linen during your visit. Laundry facilities are available throughout the Resort.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during occupancy. However, accidental damage waiver protection is included in the total price of the reservation.
Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions.
Damage/Injury: Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations, as agent for the Owner of the condo, shall not be liable for damage or injury to guest or any other person or to any property occurring on the premises or any part thereof, and guest agrees to hold Agent and Owner harmless for any claims of damage, no matter how caused. Agent will not be responsible for acts of theft or vandalism or other damage to guests' personal property.
Preparing for Departure: Guest is responsible for removing any food from the refrigerator & cabinets, loading & starting the dishwasher and removing any trash from the condo. Please lock all doors and turn out all lights. Keys must be returned to our office. Count linen and place inside bathroom door. Departure Maid Service is included with your stay. Guest will be invoiced additional charges for the condo not being prepared for departure, excessive cleaning, late departure, keys.
