No need to miss out on your exercise or work, there is an exercise bike and a desk with a monitor.
Don't want to miss the big game? The large flat screen TV is perfect to enjoy while having a bbq in the private courtyard.
There is ample free parking in the driveway, in front of the villa & the garage. There is also plenty of room for a boat or trailer.
Mornington is the best town to base yourself to enjoy all the Peninsula has to offer. We are close to the beach, wineries, day spas and all the fabulous shops, bars and restaurants of Main St.
**In the event that border restrictions or lockdowns prevent you from staying, cancellation fees will be waived, giving you the confidence to book now.*
Please note there are no shared areas, "Bliss" is all totally yours to enjoy.

The keys to the villa are accessed via a keysafe with your our own personal code, so you have full privacy at all times and 24 hour check in.
With the convenience of not having to make a check in time to hand over keys - check in discreetly at your leisure any time after 3pm - easy late night check in.
Replace them there when you go to the beach so you don't have to hide them in your shoe!
There is free parking in the secure garage & ample room in the driveway for a boat or a trailer with easy drive through turnaround.
Please note there are no shared areas, Bliss is totally yours to enjoy.

*If a lockdown or border closure affects your reservation so you no longer wish to stay you have the option of either changing the dates or cancelling for a full refund. This is dependent on the change of date or cancellation made by the guest within 24 hours of the government notification.
**If this is your first booking with Airbnb and you are not registered send me a message to get a coupon for up to $90 off your stay.
We can not offer late check outs or early check ins. Check in after 3pm and check out by 11am is firm. We require this very small window to turn Bliss around by deep cleaning and sanitising between each reservation.
Although the villa is listed as not being suitable for young children this is only because there is only one bed. A child who sleeps with you or in a cot is permitted. The second room that leads onto the courtyard has a desk and exercise bike, there is ample space for a cot, block out blinds and the ability to close the door as required.
Availability - The calendar is further down this page just before the reviews section. We offer one night stays. Reservations are generally available up to 3 months in advance (subject to change according to the coronavirus). **And yes, if it isn't available it is already booked!
Our ethos is to tread lightly and embrace sustainability, we only use environmentally friendly cleaning products. The villa is smudged between guests, your wellbeing is important to us.
If you have 1 very small dog (less than 10kg) that you can't bear to leave at home then we are open to the option of it staying by prior arrangement ($80 pet fee). Under no circumstances do we allow more than 1 dog, dogs over 10kg, or cats, regardless of how well trained they are.

I love living on the Peninsula with our wineries, beaches, restaurants and the Hot Springs. Mornington has so much to offer, the beach at the end of our street, fabulous Main St with loads of entries and unique shops only 2 minutes walk away. Only being an hour from Melbourne Mornington is the is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. That's why I live here!
