Beautiful and spacious 1 bedroom apartment fully equipped to give you the best experience in Juan Dolio. It has a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a full bathroom in the room, if you decide to be 4 people you will have 2 bathrooms available. The living room has a TV and an integrated kitchen. The condominium has one of the best social areas in Juan Dolio with two pools, Jacuzzis and gazebos. We are on the second line of the beach, right in front we have a beach access

Our apartment is in the Villa Palmera Ocean Front beach residential complex in Juan Dolio, it has 24 hour security and access control.

We are on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the area.

We have a living room with WI FI Internet, TV with Netflix.

Dining room with Wine Cellar, full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave, we have all the necessary equipment for you to cook comfortably.

In addition, the complex has a swimming pool with Jacuzzi and has access to the beach right in front.

The apartment has 1 bedroom and the sofa in the living room turns into a bed. The room has a private bathroom and a shared bathroom, washing machine and dryer for use by our guests at no charge.

Near the complex there are supermarkets, restaurant, shops within walking distance.

The social area of the condominium is one of the most complete, we have a Gym, 2 swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzis, Billiards, etc.
