The interior is a 710 square foot, great-room design. It has new contemporary furnishings and an overall tasteful simplicity. The entire casita has purified water for your ease and health. MediaLuna is mainly designed to cut loose from the outside world... i.e. no TV, no WIFI. WIFI is available on our outside deck next door, or at numerous cafes in town. It includes a full kitchen and dining space, a living room with ocean views. There's one step up to the bedroom/bathroom level with a queen sized bed with luxury bedding and on-demand hot water system for unlimited shower time. The home includes a laundry washer/dryer room. We provide 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. We have tried to anticipate all your needs by providing many extras to make your stay relaxing and fun... a home away from home.
See 360 views of the ocean, desert and mountains from the roof top deck with a built-in cushioned seating area perfect for sipping wine and watching the amazing Baja sunsets.
The beach is minutes away so you'll be lulled to sleep to the sound of waves braking. At night the place to be is above on the top deck seating to enjoy a breathtaking canopy of stars.

The house has a private driveway with parking. Arrangements can be made for rentals of mountain bikes, surf boards, etc., in town if you desire.

Our guests are welcomed to a kitchen stocked with eggs, coffee and tortillas to get you going on your first morning,... plus a bottle of great Baja wine for your first sunset. We provide a Mexican cell phone so you can easily make dinner reservations or call me on the go with questions. There's a portable bluetooth speaker which can be connected to your iPod or phone so you can enjoy your music.

Four years ago I moved here from Taos, NM, because I loved Todos Santos, the ocean, and the overall purity of the Baja environment. Casita MediaLuna is in a desert setting with a few nearby homes, so it is unusually quiet and serene. Todos Santos is a charming small village which sits on the Tropic of Cancer and has been honored to be named as a Pueblo Magico by the Mexican government. We have a wide selection of excellent restaurants, art galleries, and some unusual stores selling clothing and Mexican crafts. The Mexican people here warm and welcoming making Todos Santos a fun & safe place to visit.

I'm a professional artist and before moving to Todos Santos I spent decades enjoying life and making a career in Northern New Mexico. I loved the wide open spaces and uncrowded purity of nature there, but I always was looking for the next tropical ocean retreat to escape the cold winter blues. Living here full time in Todos Santos, I work daily in my studio primarily painting canvasses of the Southwest which I show at Blue Rain Gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
