She only response to your msg and doesn't pick up calls. Her space is way to small. She just put curtains in front in dinning room. Sge doesn't like if anyones move her chair even little bit. She is very picky & the space is too small and uncomfortable
I have mixed feelings about my host experience with Umme's uncle. Umme was upfront with me about the reservation for his uncle and she has kept open communication with me throughout his stay. I still don't know what to make of the whole experience so I'll describe what I saw. The second night, I saw another gentleman sleeping in my airbnb bed at 11:15 pm at night (My place is only reserved for one). The third and fourth night I saw and experienced a wet toilet seat. The fifth or sixth night, I saw my door open when I came back to my condo. On the last day, I saw a slippery wet bathroom floor. I saw black marks, and red chalky material in my bathroom tub consistently. And I heard talking almost every morning around 4am to 5am. I don't want to assume anything, but I did feel disrespected both of me, the host and my space. Now to address her comments: "Very small place" is a relative term. I'm sorry she felt that way, even though she was not the one who stayed at my place. The space is exactly what the Airbnb picture looks like, and I'm sorry she had different expectations. In regards to the chair, I think that was a communication issue as Umme's uncle does not speak much English. I did have a difficult time trying to communicate with him. Umme's uncle had another guest over (often staying til Midnight). During the day, when he first comes, I would offer him another chair in the living room (as my airbnb space is reserved for one person and hence only one chair). In regards to the TV, I wish she has read over the amenities list, as I did not check off 'TV' nor 'Cable TV' as one of the offerings. As for communication, I was not able to pick up her calls because I was at work. I did try to respond to her whenever I had a chance, usually within a couple of hours. I wish she would've done the same for me, as I did not hear from her until the next day usually. As for the value feedback, I sincerely feel bad that she felt that way. I am also surprised for that feedback because out of the 3 years of hosting (also being a superhost), I have never had someone say the things she has. Regardless, I appreciate her honest feedback, and her opinions are valued.
