Welcome to Brooklin, ME! Brooklin is a sleepy little seaside hamlet on the coast of Down East Maine. Our cottage is a small summer camp that sits on the shore overlooking Eggemoggin Reach. If dates looked booked, email us
anyway as dates remain fluid.
Be respectful of surroundings and local residents.
We ask that no smoking in the cottage and surrounding area.
The cottage and surrounding area is a lot of fun for children, HOWEVER, there are dangers around our rugged property - the beach, many large rocks and ledges, an old wooden bridge, creeks, and uneven surfaces. We ask to be careful and always watch your children as they explore around.
PLEASE no cooking lobsters inside the cottage. We have three lobsters cooking stations outside. One on the beach (at low tide), the other is the BBQ grill on the patio and the third is the gas grill by the picnic table.
Hi, AirBnB guests! This is Jack (and Joanna) We're from Alexandria, VA.
I am originally from a little beach town in southern California but now work for the federal government in Washington, DC. We rent our waterfront cottage out a few weeks out of the year. Come on up to Brooklin, ME - wooden boatbuilding capital of the world, and experience a quintessential down east Maine adventure at our cozy little red camp on Eggemoggin Reach! Its not a "house" per se, just a simple, quiet, private quintessential, seasonal Down East seaside cottage with stunning views up the Reach toward the Deer Isle Suspension Bridge and the Camden Hills.
