The street is very quiet and parking is not an issue. There is a driveway beside the house and you can also park in front of house even overnight (this is not the case in most of the downtown areas).
If you are staying without a car, there are grocery stores and a liquor store a 5 minute walk away and downtown restaurants and shops are a 15 min walk.

I'm a researcher and am happy to share my lovely home with guests while I'm away. My favourite aspects of this house are the large windows at front of house that let tonnes of sunlight in, the cozy firplace and the great location!
