What a gem! Keishya and Bob are great hosts and tour guides. All the basics were met and then they went above that, with friendly impromptu conversation, tips about local sites and eateries, and the type of interaction that makes for a warm, special experience. The place is not …
Keishya and Bob and their dogs were delightful. The hospitality was great. Keishya was communicative and helpful with arrival. We would've done the Monkey kayak but the weather was not permitting. We did go to the Nature Reserve and enjoy the views and the secluded beach, and enj…
Thank you Maria and Matt for staying here at Barefoot Travelers Rooms Guesthouse. It was our pleasure to meet and welcome you both. We would be happy to have you return in the future and hopefully come out on Barefoot Travelers kayak tour to Monkey Island too. Also so appreciate your comfort and ease with the three small rescue dogs here. They are sweet even if sometimes a bit timid when first meeting new people. Take care and peace in the new year!

Sorry you feel like you did not get the value you wished for. At $75 per night for a large kitchen, living room, dining room, patio, pool all private for your use i am surprised that you feel like you paid to much. I did ask several times if you needed anything else..I apologize you missed certain things in the shower or breakfast. We run a guesthouse which is not a bed and breakfast spot. We liked you both too, only wish you had spoken about this when you needed it. Best wishes on the rest of your travels in Puerto Rico.
I am here in Puerto Rico since 1997 so that seems to be home now. Both Bob and I enjoy running our guesthouse and kayaking and hanggliding adventures very much and enjoy welcoming travelers from all walks of life!
