This apartment has just been restructured; it is located at the third floor of an elegant nineteenth-century palace. An elevator is available to reach the third floor.
The 55 squared meters two-room flat has very bright windows facing the Fiesole hills. It has a loft with a queen-size bed and a large living room with a sofa bed; two bathrooms, a furnished kitchen, as well as a laundry. It is equipped with heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, TV 32’, radio-stereo, washing machine, dishwasher, bath and bed linen.
Annarita, the owner of the apartment, takes care of the apartment herself as she lives right next to it. She will give you a warm welcome and more importantly she will always be happy to help in case you need any help or suggestions!
Notice that the apartment is situated in a limited traffic area. However, there is a covered municipal parking just 5 minutes walking.
