The apartment (which is accessible by a staircase) it is furnished with kitchen, bathroom with shower and tub, TV 32" Lcd, hairdryer, and a large double bedroom. It can accomodate up 3 persons, poichè è provvisto anche di un letto singolo da aggiungere su richiesta. É disponibile gratuitamente anche il lettino per i bambini piccoli. Disponibili anche il ferro e l' asse da stiro, e lo stendipanni. Situato nel cuore della città, tra il Teatro Massimo e Piazza Politeama, è l'ideale per chi vuole godersi il meraviglioso centro storico di Palermo, girando a piedi senza necessità di prendere l'auto, il tutto in un ambiente amichevole e confortevole. Il prezzo è comprensivo di asciugamani e le lenzuola, dei consumi (acqua, luce, gas, aria condizionata) e di internet wi-fi. Gli ospiti che arrivano in macchina, potranno usufruire gratuitamente del parcheggio all'interno dell'edifcio. Il custode dell'edificio é presente la mattina e il pomeriggio.
