Surrounded by a balcony overlooking, the apartment has in a single space one double room, living room with a sofa-bed, kitchen and a complete bathroom. Fully air-conditioned (cold/hot) it is also equipped with TV, DVD, fan, fridge and microwave.

MAR Group comprises two apartments North, West and East oriented. MAR1 has one bedrooms and MAR2 has two bedroom. The access is made from a garden terrace situated on the first floor, fitted out as living and open-air dining room. A small spiral staircase provides access to the terrace-solarium where you can rest and enjoy the landscape.

The Apartments called "Mar" and "Jul" are a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 kitchens, 3 terraces and a garden on the ground floor.
The apartments are independent, with kitchen and private bathroom, common areas if they are shared, terraces and gardens.
