Enjoy your holidays at one of the most beautiful places in Germany. Our apartment is stylish and corzy and very close to lake an with a view on the mountains. Advice: A tax must be paid locally. 2 € person/day which we pay to the municipality.

Our apartment is located in one of the most beautiful environments in Germany.
It is located on the ground floor of our 2-family house with direct access to the sun terrace with wonderful view of the mountains (in winter with some luck you also can see the lake) and has 80 square meters , consisting of 2 bedrooms , bath, kitchen , dining / living room incl. fireplace, Smart TV, xBox and a storage room .
The two bedrooms have a 1.80 m wide bed each. An additional sleeping space is located in the dining / living room. Here the sofa is extendable and provides a 1.60 m wide bed. Alternatively, we can also accommodate 2 guest beds with in the bedrooms.
A storage room is located outside in the garage, this offers the possibility for example Ihen To bring bicycles or ski equipment below.
From the terrace, a Schlaflraum and the dining / living room you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains and with few leaves on the trees on the lake ;). That you can reach in just 5 minutes. A gorgeous setting for your rest.
It really is fantastically beautiful, we ourselves are also just moved here and enjoy every day the panorama.
The Tegernsee valley offers almost all imaginable ways and for cultural, such as Opera or theater is indeed Munich easily and quickly accessible.
The sporting possibilities are virtually endless, and both the summer and the winter offer everything you can imagine according to the season.

The washing engine is in our apartment, if you need it, of course you can use it.
If you like, we can also organize alpine sightseeing flights for you. These are of course always depends on the weather.

The check-in and check-out times are usually flexible.
Talk here always with us. As a rule, arrival from 12:00 clock is possible . And a check-out should take place around 10:00 clock , so that I can prepare for the following guests the apartment accordingly. So if there are no guest before your arrive or after you, let us talk about the check-in and check-out times.

The Tegernsee and its surroundings are absolutely gorgeous . We are very happy in the best area to live in Germany . What you absolutely must do is up to wander the mountains and magnificent views to enjoy , especially the Alps. There is so much to see and discover . And the sports enthusiast , the area offers almost unlimited possibilities .

GERMAN: Wir freuen uns auf Gäste aus aller Welt und sind Ihnen bei Fragen gern behilflich! Wir sind stolze Eltern eines 9 Jahre alten kleinen Jungen und eines Mädchens, dass inzwischen schon 5 Jahr alt ist. Wir sind beide Mitte 40 und kommen ursprünglich aus Köln und Dortmund. Die Liebe und die Arbeit haben uns dann von Düsseldorf über Hamburg und Berlin letzten Endes beide nach München und dann nach Gmund am Tegernsee verschlagen. Wir sind sehr sportlich und aktiv. Genießen gerne auch die tolle traumhafte Umgebung und Nähe zur Österreich, Italien und der Schweiz, welche viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Generell sind wir sehr reiseliebend. Aus diesem Grunde vermieten wir unsere Wohnungen und auch unsere Ferienwohnung, die wir immer weiter renovieren und aufwerten, denn wir verreisen dann ebenfalls und können unsere Reisekasse etwas aufbessern ;). Wir selbst haben bisher nur gute Erfahrungen mit airbnb gemacht. Sowohl als Ver- als auch als Mieter und können diese Art zu wohnen sehr empfehlen. ENGLISH: We look forward to guests from around the world and are happy to assist you with any questions! We are proud parents of a now 9 years old little boy and a girl with 5 years. We are mid 40 and originally from Cologne and Dortmund. The love and the work we have then slyly from Düsseldorf to Hamburg and Berlin and at the end both to Munich and finally to Gmund am Tegernsee. We are very athletic and active. Like to enjoy the great environment and proximity to Austria, Italy and Switzerland, which offers many possibilities. In general, we really love to travel. For this reason, we rent our apartment and our holiday apartment, because then we go away and can also improve our travel budget a little;). We ourselves have only had good experiences with airbnb. We really can recommend that kind of living while traveling.
