We have a completely renovated beach cottage on a dead-end street in Dennis Port. It sleeps six (one BR with a queen bed, one BR with a twin bed, and one BR with a twin and bunk beds). It is best for 2 adults and up to 4 children. Walk to beaches and restaurants.
In peak season (July - midAugust) we prefer to rent weekly (Sat-Sat). MA now charges a 14.45% occupancy tax.

The cottage features a central common area (living room) and the kid's bedrooms are off of an adjoining hallway. This provides for privacy for adults and quiet for kids who may need to go to bed earlier or who want to watch their own movie on the TV in the large kids bedroom. One bedroom features a bed built into the room creating a cozy sleeping bed or quiet daybed. Having all living spaces on one floor makes the cottage very accessible and safe for younger children.
We only have space for 2 cars.
No more than 6 people can stay at the house overnight.

Guests have access to kayaks (upon request), a pull cart to take small children to the beach, all living spaces.

No pets and no smoking on the premises.
We do not provide linens.
For all stays in July or August or any stay one week or longer we require a signed written contract.
The cleaning fee is $125. This is a direct pass through to the cleaner.
We prefer to rent for a minimum of 2 nights during the shoulder season.
In July and August we only rent weekly. In July and August we rent Saturday to Saturday.

Our cottage is at the end of a dead end street so it is great for families. The cottage features five rooms plus a breezy porch with sliding windows, patio, small yard and outdoor shower. Wood shingles and simple lines evoke Cape Cod in the 1930's when the house was built. It has been recently remodeled to bring all services and features current and to accommodate families. The "B" in our street address is due to a subdivided parcel, our cottage is free standing and on its own lot.
