Waterfront, beachfront Condo on a secluded stretch of the Gulf of Mexico approximately 50 miles southwest of Tallahassee. This is a very spacious 1600 sq ft 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, washer & dryer. This unit is fully furnished with brand new king and queen beds, queen sleeper sofa, love seat....well everything is new even down to the silverware in the kitchen! It has TWO 8x20 balconies with unlimited views of the Gulf of Mexico. If you like to fish you will love the 500 ft pier. The pictures do not lie...the sunrises are amazing!
Master bedroom on top (3rd) floor with its own private balcony offering spectacular gulf views and separate full bathroom with an HDTV and DVD player.
Second bedroom is also on top floor with its own private full bath and HDTV and DVD player.
On the lower level (2nd floor), you will find a huge living room with queen size sofa sleeper, HDTV, DVD and entertainment console, fully equipped kitchen and another full bathroom and another amazing gulf view balcony.
Access to the unit is by elevators on either side of the building or by stairs. Each unit is allowed two covered parking spots and overflow parking is also available along the street subject to availability.
Right at your back door step, the waters are teaming with abundant wildlife. Bring your Kayak to fish or just walk out onto the 500 foot pier and drop the line.

People come to Carrabelle not only for fabulous fishing but also to sail, snorkel, scuba dive, scallop, play on the beaches or to just steal away from the real world for a while. Wildlife is plentiful here in Carrabelle. It is not unusual to spot a deer, fox, blue heron, pelican or even a family of black bears at play. If luck is really with you, you may be entertained by local dolphins when walking the beach or riding in a boat while visiting Carrabelle. Here you can truly unwind and enjoy the beauty of our white-sand beaches and river marshes while you take in the sound of softly lapping waves and the rustle of palms swaying in the gentle breezes.
