The flat is only once local with kitchen, doublebed,bathroom with shower, big (URL HIDDEN) in new building on 4 th floor with lift and it's full equipped (air condition, wi fi, tv sat, hairdry....)
In the terrace you can find table,chair, sunchair and umbrella.
The flat is in Castiglioncello.The town is in the center of Tuscany on the coast.From here you can go in a short time in Florence,Pisa,Siena,Volterra.. so you can choose if you want stay on the terrace in relax or to go to admir the wonderful (URL HIDDEN) not necessary the car,in the town there is (URL HIDDEN) near the farway, in 40 minutes you are in Pisa or in 1 hour and half in Firenze..
In the town and near the building you find: restaurants,bar,pizzerie,shops,supermarket and in few minutes you can go to acquapark,wellness,gym,riding,winetest.
It's possible to rent bybicle.
