Grace Cottage is a beautifully decorated flat in Rondebosch with secure off-street parking, private entrance & uncapped fibre internet. It is a 5 minute walk to RedCross Children’s Hospital and Rondebosch Oncology Centre while UCT as well as the airport is 20 minutes by car. It is the perfect spot for business travellers, couples or solo adventurers. With your own private entrance you can come and go as you please. Sit back and enjoy Netflix or go out for an adventure, the choice is yours!

It is a spacious flat with a double bedroom that is separate from the lounge area. Digital nomads that have stayed with us loved the fact that one person can work in one room, while the other watches a movie in the room next door! It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen so those who want to cook up a storm need to look no further!
The flat comfortably hosts 2 guests and arrangements can be made to host a 3rd, either using the full length sofa, or if you prefer, getting a mattress from us that is placed on the floor.
There is a swimming pool on the property but seeing as there is no fence around it, our space would be more suitable for people with teenage children or older..

The space is exclusive for the guests who are booked in so all the rooms that are photographed are for your exclusive enjoyment. The off street parking is available in the driveway so small cars are welcome... :)

We have 2 friendly family dogs on the site & they love playing with tennis balls. Don't be surprised if one of them brings you a ball to throw :)

Rondebosch is a sought after, family, neighbourhood in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. Nearby attractions includes University of Cape Town (UCT), Newlands Rugby and Cricket Stadiums, Red Cross children's hospital , Rondebosch oncology centre , the Baxter Theatre and of course a lot of great restaurants.
It’s easy to hop on to any of the major highways in Cape Town (N1, N2, M3 & M5 to name but a few) so it is quick to get around in the city. The airport is 20 minutes away and we have great service from UBER (4 minutes on average!)
It is a very active neighbourhood with runners & cyclists out from early morning till late at night (an average of 800 runners at our local park run!) but I would say Rondebosch is not a party neighbourhood. For that you should head over to Long Street in the City Bowl, Observatory or some of the Night clubs in Claremont. We also have easy access to some of the best medical facilities in the Western Cape (Groote Schuur Hospital, Red Cross children’s hospital & Vincent Palotti)
