Welcome to our cozy and charming studio apartment, with it's simple, relaxed and charming atmosphere, located at perfect location, on walking distance to, but far enough from busy and noisy city centre.
The apartment (45 sq m) is suitable for couples, families with one child, business travellers or group of friends. It's situated in lovely and quiet area and has beautiful view on Lokrum island and the boats and sea shine through the windows.
It's an awesome place for your vacation in Dubrovnik.

The apartment is completely refurbished and decorated two years ago, but with continuous improvement for benefit of our guests. It's a bright, quiet and spacious studio, with an entrance, bathroom, kitchen, and a big living room with sofa-bed and two armchairs, and sleeping area with a real double bed.
The whole apartment is at your disposal: full kitchen, bathroom (with shower), hairdryer, bedding, towels, soap, shampoo.
What make us different? We are always innovative.
What is latest upgrade in our apartment? Wall mounted mobile phone charger, for our guests with different AC wall socket.

The location is 10-15 minutes walk from the Old Town. Most of major attractions are in walking distance from apartment.
There are two sand beaches and rocky beach nearby.
There is a free parking on the street close to the apartment.
