A wonderful villa located at the picturesque island of Spetses in the Aegean sea.
The villa is situated in Kounoupitsa, a quiet beach near Dapia, the commercial centre of the island where you can find all kinds of shops.
The villa is 350 square meters and it is a ten-minute ride by coach from the port.
There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms,saouna room and a large garden with a big swimming pool.
We have 4 double beds and 5 single ones and on the lower floor there is a room with private sauna!!
The villa is characterized by a splendid view to the sea either from the upper balconies,either from the swimming pool.
Very important notice that we are near an organised beach .
It has got a big swimming pool with a bar and a wooden swing. There are also two balconies, a barbecue beside the swimming pool and an exterior shower.
You can rent the villa as a whole and not each room separately.

Today the island of Spetses, in early September, celebrates this historic event with the Armata festival. This great festival, one week, including theatrical performances, cultural exhibitions and musical performances and increases the representation of the Battle of Spetses, in front of the port.!!!!!!!!
