This is a top floor in a large Victorian house, not an 'entire home' per se. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and a gorgeous double bathroom w a little kitchenette. Full use of the house kitchen on the ground floor is welcome. Enjoy the gorgeous back garden! There is ample FREE on-street parking outside the house on the suburban road with light traffic, though no private parking on the drive.

Welcome to Trinidad! This beautiful period home was built in 1889 but is updated and modern in all its conveniences. We let each of these rooms individually but in this listing we put them together as one large letting and called it a 'flat' although it is basically on the top floor of our home--two gorgeously appointed bedrooms on the top floor of a stunning Victorian home. Spread out over two bedrooms and bathroom. You will have exclusive use of the kitchenette and double bathroom on this quiet top floor. We often accommodate the actors for the many theatres in Birmingham, with many returning year after year to stay. Bedroom 1: spacious double bedroom with feather bed topper has a vaulted ceiling with spotlights and a quiet ceiling fan. It's charming original windows look out over a gorgeous mature garden. Your double bed will accommodate two, and an extra guest can have an air mattress on the floor. Bedroom 2: Our spacious triple bedroom with luxury mattress and topper with a cozy bed warmer has a large living space with a table, chairs, desk in addition to room for a double and single bed. Your bedroom view is into a wall of trees which surround a school playing field . Your double bed will accommodate two, and a twin bed accommodates one more and there is space on the floor for an air mattress, single or double, if required. Please note this is a fully non-smoking space. We prefer to not host smokers as the smell of smoke could linger for future guests.

Guests will have access to their room, a lovely double bathroom just for guests and a kitchenette on the top floor. If you require more room and amenities than what is already provided, you will also have use of the new family luxury bathroom on the middle floor, our gourmet chef's kitchen, eating area and back garden and terrace. You are welcome to use our outdoor ping pong table, too!

We enjoy letting our room on a short to medium term basis to people visiting or working in Birmingham, and often to actors who work with the many world-class theatres in Birmingham. Although this is a family home, your space is your own and we respect your need for quiet and relaxation. Your room has a TV for playing with an HDMI cable so you can watch your own Netflix/Amazon from your own computer, DVD, alarm clock and wifi. We do not provide any TV services other than an HDMI cable to connect to your computer. You will be offered high quality linens, a cozy dressing gown and fluffy towels. Anything further you require, just ask! Please note we do not provide breakfast, although we keep the top floor area stocked with tea and coffee. You will have ample space and shelving on the top floor to store your own food/milk, etc. and of course, you are welcome to use our downstairs kitchen for cooking meals. For a quick bite, you will have your fridge and microwave/toaster/kettle and table top oven just outside your door on the top floor landing.
