The 2nd floor apartment situated in the famous coast Elia Nikitis in Sithonia Halkidiki. The sea is crystal clear (two EE blue flags) and very shallow, making it ideal for children. The plot is 15 m away from the sea, while the building is 30m.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with amazing and unique views (sea and mountain) and has a separate entrance from the other part of the house.
It consists of three (3) large bedrooms with wardrobes, two (2) of which have a double King size bed and one (1) two single beds, a living room, which is also used as a double bed room, large and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms WC and fully furnished. There are large balconies around.
All rooms are air conditioned and there is a washing machine and a clothes dryer.
The apartment also has free, wireless, unlimited WiFi, and digital satellite TV, as well as non-mosquito repellent devices.
There is also a barbecue (Grill - BBQ).
We provide free sun beds, chairs and umbrellas for the beach.
Linen, towels and pillowcase changes are made every fourth day.
The house has a 1.5 ton water tank with a pump in case of water breakdown.
It is one of the most beautiful places in Halkidiki. It is 11 km from Nikiti and 10 km from N. Marmara.
The sea is crystal clear, very shallow, making it ideal for children and the elderly.
The area is suitable for underground and underwater fishing.
On the mountain behind the house there are walking and cycling routes.
One (1) kilometer away there is an organized water sports shop.
