After working in construction in England I travelled the world and became fascinated particularly with the jungle regions, I found myself in the jungle town of Iquitos in 1999. I broke my foot playing football with some friendly locals which put an end to my travels. I got involved in a local business and was able to buy a derelict property on the banks of the Amazon on which I created a small community, renting the individual apartments by word of mouth to fellow gringos working in and around Iquitos. I have now built some high quality new apartments to cater for short term visitors.
