This my home, a colourful, comfortable and creatively decorated ground floor flat in Cardiff City Centre. It sits just off the river Taff, about 7/10 minuets walk from the Millennium Stadium and Cardiff Central train station. This flat is an ideal location for access to the Tramshed, Principality Stadium, Cardiff Motorpoint arena, The Cardiff City Stadium and the Wales Millennium Music Centre in Cardiff Bay. A parking permit is also available on request to park on the street outside my flat.

This listing is for a ground floor flat in a terraced house on a busy road in the centre of Cardiff. The road is made up of family homes and a few shops, restaurants and a pub (The Grange). The living room is situated at the front of the flat with the bedroom and bathroom in the middle and the kitchen at the back. There is a small garden at the back of my flat where the cats live.
The house is split into two flats.
You will have no access or interaction with the upstairs flat. But as the property is an old conversion you may be able to hear the neighbour upstairs moving around from time to time.

Keys for the property will be available on arrival, I will arrange this with you to accommodate your arrival time. There is also a parking permit that you can use to park on my street.

There are two cats that live in the garden. They are not really allowed inside the property. They may try and get in the flat if windows and doors are left open.
I have a neighbour upstairs and we share a communal entrance hallway in the house.

The flat is very close to Cardiff city centre. It takes no more than ten minuets to get to the city centre train station, bars and shops. Cardiff bay is also only a fifteen minute walk away. The main road I live on is not much to look at but the flat is a unique clean cosy and quiet little space.
