Safe, close to attractions and public transit. Light, windowed basement w/king bed, sitting area with TV shared bath is on main level. A double bed available on request.

Finished spacious and airy basement room with incredibly comfortable King size bed, TV /Living area and walk-out to private backyard. Full size mattress or sofa made up as a bed, if second bed is requested, for a one time extra charge of $10.

Host requests front living room remain private to host. Guests have finished basement with large flat screen cable TV. Guests can increase their own privacy by using back door which leads directly to guest quarters; this is optional and guests are encouraged to use the front door. Please feel free to use the backyard space; great for morning coffee, midday sun or evening with a glass of wine. Please be careful to fully close doors as an indoor cat lives here.
