Possibility to have a boat tour to explore the nature or sailing along the Zaanse Schans which is very close by.
The cottage is located between Wormer and Oost Knollendam. Wormerveer has shopping facilities like Aldi and Lidl.
The location is the perfect starting point for many water activities or hikes through the polder. Amsterdam, Edam, Hoorn, Alkmaar all within 30 min driving.
Location is connected by public transport or can be reached by car with free parking just in front of the cottage.
A unique location with many adventure options and a perfect place to relax.

The recently opened restaurant the Hofjes is recommended and the terrace is a perfect place to overview the lake on a sunny day. Just off the parkingplace you can start a beautiful walk around the Schaalsmeer polder with lots of wildlife.
