My comfortable house is close to the Sunport airport, Sandia Labs, Kirtland Air Force Base, local hospitals, Nob Hill, UNM, Uptown, downtown, and Old Town. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, easy access to interstates, and quiet neighborhood. I welcome couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I have central air conditioning and heating. Wi-fi is available. Don't have much in the way of TV. Free coffee/tea.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to grocery stores, bus lines, Nob Hill, VA, and Kirtland Air Force Base. Downtown, Old Town, UNM, and CNM are just a little bit further, and are within biking distance. Plenty of public transportation to utilize also. I have a furnished bedroom with a queen bed, modern windows, blinds, and a closet. Shared bathroom and living spaces available. You would have lots of peace and quiet. A long-term tenant lives in the house with a quiet cat. Additional cats considered with extra charge. Solar power will take care of most, maybe all, of your needs.
You'll have full access to the living room, kitchen, and den including the washer and dryer. Backyard access is also available. You will not have access to the other bedroom.
Depending on when you stay, we might get to meet. I don't live in the house but will try to meet you at least once during your stay if possible. I am always excited to give recommendations for restaurants and things to do.
You may also be staying with other AirBnb guests or a long-term tenant who has a cat and is respectful.

The initial cleaning fee covers biweekly cleaning services for stays up to 14 days. For stays longer than 14 days, a charge of $40 must be paid by guest(s) every two weeks starting on day 15 of the reservation.
Carry luggage to bedrooms instead of rolling them over stairs to protect floors.
No drugs or parties.
No smoking or vaping ANYWHERE on the property.
Lock the doors and turn off lights when not in use. Please be conscientious of your energy consumption.
Please promptly clean up if you use the kitchen to include the stovetop, counters, and sink if dirty.
Please eat at the table. I treat the house for roaches (which are very common in Albuquerque), but food left out will attract them.
Please do not park in the driveway unless we talk first. There is plenty of off-street parking.
Do not have mail sent to this address. No extra guests beyond the number you have already paid for.
