A private basement apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, internet, Netflix, and swimming pool which is open May-September. Conveniently located approx. 4 miles from UGA stadium and downtown Athens.
No smoking and no loud music or loud noise since my parents and I live on the top floor.

You might see my dad outside in the lower part of the backyard on the way to his man cave. He will not bother you, but he, my mother, and I live in the top floor of the house. The basement apartment is totally private from the upstairs living space.

You are more than welcome to sit outside under the pergola, but please do not go up the stairs to the deck area. That is not the basement apartment space. The pool is open May-September, but quiet hours begin at 10:30. Please do NOT have glass around the pool area.

Parking: If you are facing the house, please use the driveway to the left (which is actually the neighbor's) to access the gravel drive way. Pull all the way over to the right on the gravel so that you are facing the gray fence/gate. This is where you will enter my space. Come in and follow the pea gravel path to the back patio. Keep walking across the patio and over towards the pool area. Main door with keypad is to the right.
Please do not invite others to be on the property. Only registered guests are to be on the property. Thank you.
