No air-conditioning.
We do not serve breakfast, however some type of self-serve breakfast is always available- fruit, granola, toast, yogurt, tea/coffee, oatmeal and the like.
We do love our animals, and you will share the love of our 2 cats and 1 dog. If you have animal allergies, our place is not the best choice. Remember, if you want to keep the pets out of your bedroom, you’ll have to keep your door shut at all times.
Free wi-fi house-wide for your convenience.
We pride ourselves on our natural setting. The 1/2 acre yard is organic. Our yard is a sanctuary for wildlife- bunnies, toads, tree frogs, a large variety of birds, and the occasional coyote howling at the moon.
We can offer parking for one car.
We are LGBTQ friendly. We do NOT discriminate against anyone- we welcome all races, ethnicities, gender identities, you name it. If you're kind, you can stay here.
We must insist the house remain free of cologne, perfume, or any other strongly scented product. Household members have chemical sensitivities.
For those of you wishing for a stay longer than a day or two, please be advised that we are conservation-minded, and do laundry and dishes sparingly- this means you won't get fresh towels or sheets every day. Let us know if something is soiled, and of course we will assist.
