Welcome to our fun cottage... In the heart of North Park!
房源空間
Our cottage is located in back of our craftsman house in the historic Morley Field area of North Park. Out front there is plenty of street parking available.
It is a detached cottage with its own private entrance, and shares the back patio and side yard with our main house.
Having been newly renovated with a main living/sleeping space, kitchenette, and bathroom/laundry, it's perfect for two people!
The main room has a brand new (February 2020) pullout sofa with a memory-foam mattress (very comfortable and easy to open/close; fresh linens, blankets, and pillows are provided).
Other comforts- WiFi internets, USB plugs, TV with local channels, BluRay player and stack of movies, small library of books and games, etc...
Also there is storage for clothing, iron and board, dining area w/table and chairs, SD guidebooks, and much more!
(Please note!! The room air conditioner is put away between November and March. It is not available for winter use.)
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction hot plate, sink, electric kettle, toaster, and all basic dining and cooking utensils.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, pedestal sink, toilet, and washer/dryer units. Fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.
Guests are welcome to enjoy (we hope sunny) San Diego weather on our back patio, which has an outdoor dining table and chairs, umbrella, a chaise-lounge, and gas grill. Also, beach towels, chairs, and an beach umbrella are provided. There are 70 miles of beaches in San Diego County!

- MASKS MUST BE WORN WHEN COMING OR GOING FROM THE STREET TO THE COTTAGE DOOR / PATIO TABLE AREA.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
- PLEASE TAKE ALL OF YOUR GARBAGE AND RECYCLING TO THE CANS ON YOUR WAY OUT WHEN YOU LEAVE.
- PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OF YOURS IN THE FRIDGE WHEN YOU LEAVE! (unless it's beer)

Also, we have two friendly cats that live in the main house. If you like cats, they'll be your friend. If you don't care for cats, they'll probably ignore you. They are not allowed in the cottage please.

The cottage is located in the heart of North Park amid a historic craftsman neighborhood. North Park restaurants, bars, and shopping are only 4 walkable blocks away, as is the wonderland Balboa Park! We are also a very short ride to Downtown, Gaslamp, Hillcrest, University Heights, Normal Heights, Mission Valley, and to all the best beaches!

Sean grew up in Spokane, WA and Portland, OR and is a West coaster at heart. He’s also lived in New York City and Illinois, where he worked in fine dining. He is happy to have made San Diego his new home, where he enjoys good food, wine-tasting road trips to Mexico, and home improvement projects. Sean’s interests include live music, food and wine, and travel. David hails from Poitiers, France, and went to school in Paris before moving to the US for graduate school.
