This stand-alone house has 5 private rooms and 5 shared rooms on 3 different floors that are shared only with other guests. Each and every guest is expected to clean up after themselves respecting the house manual / rules to be considerate of other guests and the host for more pleasant stay for everyone.

All the 5 shower rooms with Shampoo, Rinse, Shower Gel, Tooth Paste... All the common areas on 3 floors including the Kitchen/ Dining area/ Terrace on top floor. Refrigerator, Micro-Wave, Toaster, Cook-Top, Coffee Maker, Water Purifier of hot/cold water, Electric Water Kettle, Utensils. Desktop computer, tour maps/guides, 6 Hair Dryers, Steamer for clothing. 24/7 Surveillance cameras / recording towards in / outside of all the 6 entry points to the house and the common areas for the safety of our guests.

Laundry machine is not available for guests' personal use, but we offer GUEST LAUNDRY SERVICE EVERY SUNDAY. We run the machine for you in COLD WATER CYCLE, and YOU HANG your own washed laundry in the veranda upstairs.
There are also many laundry places nearby. They wash, tumble-dry and fold even your underwear and socks for about KRW 10,000-20,000 per load within a day. Dry cleaning and repairing is also possible. One nearest laundry service is 1 minute away on the ground level of the yellow building "March Rabbit" across GS25, the 24/7 open convenient store. Another laundry service is also 1 minute away near another 24/7 convenient store, CU.
