COCKBURN STREET APARTMENT is a very unusual , cosy , lived in , comfortable city apartment . The living area is separated from the bedroom and bathroom by a narrow spiral staircase . Ideal for a couple or friends .
For nights in there is a 48" smart tv with Netflix , Prime video , you tube etc
Please note , because of the staircase , the apartment is not suitable for young children

COCKBURN STREET is a quirky street full of unusual shops , bars and restaurants . It runs from the ROYAL MILE (Old Town) to Waverley bridge. You will be neighbours to some of Edinburgh's top hotels - The Scotsman, Carlton, and Balmoral. All of Edinburgh's sights are on your doorstep - Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, Museums, Ghost Tours and more....
All of the wonderful old town & new town cafes, restaurants & bars are within walking distance transport connections [main station & airport bus terminal] are 5 minutes walk. The apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom flat .the bedroom has a king sized bed . The living area is fully furnished with dining table, ample seating & plasma TV/DVD player. There is a full sized double airbed for use in the living room . The fully fitted kitchen has , oven , hob , dishwasher , fridge & freezer .
There is a full sized bathroom with shower .
This apartment is on 2 levels the downstairs bedroom is reached by a cast iron spiral staircase . Though you are staying on the bustling trendy Cockburn street the apartment is to the rear of the building and is very quiet . There is free wifi and central heating .
