The villa, surrounded by 12 hectares of olive tree groves, enjoys a wonderful panoramic view and overlooks a green valley. The outside style preserves the distinctive features of the farmhouses in the Hyblean countryside: an enclosure of dry stone walls surrounds the villa overlooking a nice courtyard, which is partly shaded by a pergola covered by grape vines, rich in plants, jasmines, fig trees and almond trees.
The villa enjoys a furnished terrace (40 sqm), with panoramic view, overlooking the pool and the valley in front of it.
