Overlooking Morningstar Beach below and the Caribbean Sea beyond, this charming, fully-air-conditioned three-bedroom villa is located at the end of a private road in a secluded area only five miles from the airport and three miles from downtown St. Thomas on the islands sunny south side.
A tiled garden walkway and a red awning ushers you into CalypsoBlu's breezeway, which is set with comfortable, cushioned chairs for cool shady relaxation - the perfect spot for reading, conversation and sunset cocktails. To the right just off the breezeway is the air-conditioned Great Room with living and dining areas, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and half-bath. HD flat screen TV, HD cable service, Blu-Ray DVD and a library of DVD's round out the room's entertainment. High speed WiFi is provided throughout the villa and on its decks. Sliding glass doors open to a covered veranda overlooking the pool and sun deck. Stop there for a moment to savor the expansive views of white sand, aqua seas and blue skies stretching out beyond the sparkling pool.
On the other side of the breezeway is the air-conditioned king master bedroom with an ensuite tiled bath and its own private veranda. A few steps lead from the breezeway down to the pool deck complete with chairs, table and Weber grill. The pool is 5 feet deep throughout (25 feet long and 11 feet wide) and completely covered in glazed blue tiles to mirror the Caribbean.
From CalypsoBlu's pool deck you reach the second bedroom, an air-conditioned king suite with ensuite tiled bath, also featuring a veranda with ocean views. The third air-conditioned bedroom suite, which offers two twin beds (convertible to a king with advance notice, please), an ensuite bath, and a mini-kitchen with a refrigerator is located on the other side of the pool deck.
The three bedrooms at this secluded home are well-separated for maximum privacy; each has its own outside keyed entrance, making this an ideal villa for couples vacationing together. All bedrooms enjoy ensuite coffee stations, hairdryers and large flat screen TV's with Blu Ray DVD players. The entire villa is supported by a fully automatic backup power generator that will run the entire property during power outages that sometimes occur in the Caribbean. We welcome our LGBT guests. The villa is unfortunately not wheel chair friendly with several steps between living area and (URL HIDDEN) charming home sits 150 feel above the seashore on nearly an acre of land. CalypsoBlu is approximately 2,600 square feet indoors with an additional 1,200 square feet of outdoor space, much of it covered.
Watch spectacular sunsets, yachts and cruise ships coming and going from Charlotte Amalie's harbor, or take short drives to shopping, restaurants, golfing and harbors. Live by the sun and love by the sound of the waves at CalypsoBlu.

Accidental Damage Waiver Policy: We require a $60 non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver fee for all reservations. This fee is in lieu of a damage deposit and covers all minor accidental damage or breakage up to $1000. If damage occurs during a stay, please let us know immediately and it will be paid for by Caribbean Villas Management. This privilege is offered to you as our way of saying thank you for your business. This policy does not cover intentional acts that result in damage, gross negligence, willful and wanton conduct, or any cause if the Guest fails to report the damage to Caribbean Villas Management before departure. Coverage does not apply to theft or damage of any property owned by or brought onto the premises by a guest. In cases of abuse and malicious damage to rental property the Guest will reimburse Agent and/or Owner the amount of all damage including attorney's fees.
The Accidental Damage Waiver will be applied towards breakage, damage, missing items, additional cleaning for villas left abnormally dirty, long distance calls charged to the telephone, and other charges incurred before, during or after your stay, still outstanding. All normal utilities (except for long distance phone calls or careless or excessive use of property’s utilities) are included in your rental price unless otherwise noted on your rental invoice. You hereby agree to pay Caribbean Villas Management on behalf of the owner of your property the cleaning or replacement costs for all damages to personal property or to the real estate, which may occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear which exceed the coverage amount. Locked pantries and closets are reserved for the use of the property owner and are not included in this rental. You as the Guest agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that your family and other guests in your party adhere to the rules and regulations affecting your property. All properties are privately owned, so decor, colors and inventories will of course vary. All properties are fully furnished, including an ample supply of bed linens and towels for Guests’ use.
