Great location, close to all the hustle and bustle but not right in it so you can enjoy the quieter life of a residential area but not miss out on all the fun of lake and old town. Restaurants, cafes, and wine bars are all walking distance. The lake and historical old town are only a 5 min bike ride or a 10 min walk. And the rental comes with two bikes so you can enjoy living like a local, walking and biking only.
