The view is amazing. This is a secluded home with nice space and amazing views. Since the village is mostly pedestrian streets, it takes a 10 minute walk with much up and down hill to get to the home. It is also footsteps from the ruins of the small castle, which also has spectacular views. The home and are is cold in the winter, but there are heaters to help. Rosario was excellent and helpful.

Rosario was an extremely helpful and thoughtful host. She went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was even better than described and everything you could want was available. When we arrived, Rosario met us and personally showed us the house and explained all the details. It was spotlessly clean and welcoming.The village setting was totally charming and the view from the balcony....where we had our breakfast...was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped to make even a full dinner. And there was a store about 50 meters away to buy all essentials. I would definitely recommend Rosario and her lovely place to anyone wanting a true Spanish village experience. And we, ourselves hope to return again soon.

Rosario ist charmant und sehr aufmerksam. Das Haus ist besser als das, was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, hat eine Terrasse und eine herrliche Aussicht. Gefallen hat uns auch wirklich die Menschen und ihre Umwelt. Sicherlich empfehle ich es.

Zeer mooi huisje aan het einde van een kleine voetgangersstraat. 3 verdiepingen, woonkamer keuken op de begane grond, badkamer en slaapkamer op de 1e kamer + mooi terras recht west tot 2. Rosario is zeer gastvrij, kent het gebied zeer goed en nam de tijd om al onze vragen te beantwoorden. Dankjewel.

Had some fresh steak from the butchers, a lovely rendition of a piña colada from the very friendly Spanish restaurant and a sleep in the sun by the pool, the locals saying hola to us and our stumbling Spanglish all around town.. This lovely little village has served us well and we will miss it! Thank you Francisco and casares for making us feel welcome x — with Inaz Reshadi. The apartment was also beautiful and had everything we needed in it. The bus ride to estepona cheap and wee enjoyed the shops and beach there :)

Beautiful apartment in central Casares. It's a small place but perfect for two people with all amenities as described. Francisco was very easy to deal with and helped me find the place on arrival into Estepona! Casares is well worth a visit. The only thing is he double sofa couch advertised is quite uncomfortable and not much bigger than a single.

L'appartement était très propre et à proximité du centre-ville. Nous avons eu un grand temps à visiter Casares et la région environnante lors d'une visite de 9 jours que nous avons fait pour assister au mariage d'un ami dans la ville. Nous avons seulement vu Francisco brièvement ... très tard dans la nuit quand nous sommes arrivés, mais il était sympathique et serviable.

Antonio byl skvělý hostitel. Má výbornou komunikaci s vámi a budete cítit velmi vítané. Místo je skvělé, velmi pěkné detaily, všechny moderní vybavení ve velmi pěkném starších domů. Zdaleka terasa bylo nejlepší. Jsme strávili většinu času tam, víno každou noc, krásný výhled, co víc si můžete přát .. Já bych určitě zůstat znovu ...

Absolument magnifique maison au coeur de Casares. Très propre, maison confortable avec ambiance traditionnelle. Immense terrasse au sommet de la maison avec des canapés confortables et une vue sur les montagnes était le point culminant. Seul inconvénient était que nous devions traverser une chambre pour se rendre à une autre, mais nous étions de bons amis, donc cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Antonio et Esther étaient tous les deux très serviable, facile à entrer en contact avec et très détendue sur les temps d'arrivée / départ. Casares est une belle petite ville préservée. Hautement recommandé.

Hemos estado unos días en la casa de Antonio. Está situada muy cerca del la plaza del pueblo y las vistas son muy buenas. La terraza es estupenda para relajarse por las noche. Todo está muy nuevo, limpio y está muy bien equipada. Al ser un pueblo en una ladera de montaña, el único inconveniente es que, en general, no se puede llegar en coche hasta la misma casa. Hay que andar unos 150 m. En nuestra opinión es un alojamiento recomendable.

Tuvimos una fantástica estancia en casa de Antonio y de Esther en Casares! Como no se habla nada de español (todavía) la mayor parte de nuestra comunicación fue con Antonio, que entonces coordinado todo con Esther. Ambos eran muy atento y sensible. La casa es muy, muy agradable! Éramos 4 personas y tenía un montón de espacio. La terraza del hotel ofrece una increíble vista de la ciudad y las montañas y la ubicación, pensamos, la mejor de la ciudad. Y la casa estaba perfectamente limpio también. Recomendamos encarecidamente alojarse con Antonio y Esther y esperamos volver a nosotros mismos en no demasiado tiempo :)

We love our stay in Cassares. Antonio's place was lovely and quaint with a great terrace on the top level. I would highly recommend it.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Casares. La maison est magnifique tout est pensé pour se sentir bien. Nous avons adoré la décoration tout a été fait avec beaucoup de goût. La terrasse offre une vue splendide sur le village et les montagnes.

Eine super tolle Unterkunft mit einem fantastischen Ausblick und toller Ausstattung. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren. Klare Empfehlung!

Muy bonita casa con fabulosa terraza en una ciudad española típica idílica.

Na konci pěší uličky v srdci typické bílé Andaluská vesnice, domov Frederique má krásnou terasu s výhledem na moře a dokonce i Gibraltar za jasného dne. Výlet si nesmíte nechat ujít s dětmi, zejména pro Magic face-to-face s opice rock! Alej, že i doma je přírodní hřiště pro nejmenší, s babičky sedí na schodech svých domů a vesnických dětí. Dům se nachází v blízkosti náměstí, které ve večerních hodinách sdílet tradiční andaluské život ... Lidé se nacházejí v kavárnách obce se dívat na hry, byli dokonce schopni vidět Classico (Barcelona- Madrid), zaručené atmosféra!

Koti on aivan yhtä kuvassa. Suuri tila kauniilla alueella, viimeinen talo kadulla on upeat näkymät. Se oli vain kaksi meistä pysyä yhden yön, mutta on erittäin mukava useita yötä kanssa suuri perhe. Vapaa, turvallinen parkkihalli ole liian alas.

Très sympathique et chaleureux accueil par téléphone de Frédéric, qui vous propose aussi son aide pour le séjour, comme aller manger dans un restaurant sublimement authentique, tenu par sa tante et son oncle à l'entrée du village!! La maison, simple et confortable, au fond d'une ruelle du village est très agréable....

We stayed at the cottage for 4 nights, Fernando gave us a very warm welcome even with some fresh eggs from the garden. The cottage is located at the estate above the house of fernando, overlooking the beautiful garden. Due to the location it feels nicely remote and has a lot of privacy. The cottage is well equipped and has lots of room. The patio has a unbeatable view over the mountains and the surroundings. From the swimming pool you can enjoy the same view, very nice. The village is located close by and has a few restaurants and a supermercado. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Mooi huis, zeer goede plaats. Het huis in in de middle of nowhere met een prachtig landschap. Dank je wel veel voor het verblijf!

bei Fernandos Ort zu bleiben ist wie mit einem schönen Mitglied der Familie zu bleiben. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und wir planen, in der Zukunft, wenn möglich, zu gehen. Es ist besser, ein Auto zu haben, um die Gegend zu besuchen. Wir empfehlen den Besuch von Ronda in der Geschichte so reich. Esteponia ist auch interessiert (mehr zum Einkaufen und Restaurants). In Gaucin gingen wir auf das Vieh und besuchen den Friedhof (so anders !!). Es gibt einen schönen Spaziergang von Fernando Platz auf dem Dorf, das Fernando uns empfohlen. Wir recommande endgültig den Standort. Es war angenehm, eine solche warme, einladende zu haben. Nochmals vielen Dank an Fernando.

Fernando was a great host, he greeted us at 1am after a long drive in from the airport. The lodge is basic but has beautiful views over the adjacent valley. There was lovely log burning stove to keep us warm. I would thoroughly recommend.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The style of the house makes you feel like you're in an authentic Spanish villa. My friend and I just loved the style and feel of the house. It rained our entire visit so we were unable to enjoy the surroundings but what we could see was gorgeous and left us wanting to explore more. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a romantic, secluded getaway however we were just two girlfriends with a busy schedule and probably needed a location closer to town or even closer to a main road. Be cautious driving at night if you do not have experience driving on small mountain roads especially with manual transmission vehicles. There is not a shower, just a large tub but again, if you're looking to soak in a luxury tub with your sweetheart, this is the place for you! It definitely would be more beneficial to stay here in warmer weather because if it's cold you won't get to fully enjoy the area and all the property has to offer such as the pool and garden area. One inconvenience for us is that we thought we would have internet access from the comfort of the guest house however you have to walk a bit up the hill to the main house, where other guests may be staying, to use the internet. We happened to be relying heavily on the internet for our trip and spent almost more time in the main house than in the adorable guest house. We did have a difficult time getting there because relying on written instructions is not always easiest or as precise as a gps and we would recommend arriving before dark because it would have been much easier to navigate. Aside from these things, though we did have trouble getting there the hosts mother was very attentive to the fact that we had not arrived and was concerned for us and helped direct us to the right place. She waited for us at a meet up point and went out of her way to lead us to the property and make sure that we were safe and comfortable.

This place is very secluded and very tranquil. It's part of a larger estate with multiple beautiful homes. There were several cats around which I loved. We had a very good night sleep here and the bed was comfortable. Hosts were available and helpful.
