Erik and Frida are very nice people, they really know how to run a B&B. The place was very clean, and they care about the guest's wellbeing. The claim regarding the wheelchair accessibility is true; although the place is sometimes a bit small for somebody with a wheelchair, it is accessible. No steps or stairs. Only the shower might be a bit difficult since it is a shower cabin. The location is nice as well, 800 metres from a bus station, and close to a shopping centre, and a beach with a restaurant. It's really good! Long story short: I can recommend this place for sure!

We had a lovely stay in this cabin and definitely made the most of our time away, however we would probably not stay here again when you weigh up the price vs the location, amenities, and privacy. We were really surprised by the close proximity between the main house and the cabin, and given that it is set further down the hill, our only view was of the main house (it's a beautiful house, but it made us feel a little bit awkward). Also, the bathroom window was not completely covered and often the kids were playing on the lawn. If it's a private, romantic, peaceful couple's holiday you are looking for, this is not really it, despite the decor and cabin itself being beautiful. The hosts have obviously got great taste and put a lot of gorgeous little touches into the cabin - fresh apple juice with a handmade label, lovely hand cream, and a seriously comfortable bed! It also has a fully equipped kitchen and huge fridge. The location is easy to get to from Slussen and well connected by bus, but there is no access to bikes, kayaks, a row boat or fishing equipment so you really need to venture elsewhere for activities. The little pier nearby is very cute and Grisslinge (about 10-15 minutes walk) has a great bakery and a cute beach but is set on the very busy and noisy road. The neighbours were also quite noisy and someone had a baby somewhere that cried a lot. We did a day trip to Sandhamm island which took 40 minutes on the bus to Stavsnas and then 30-45mins on the ferry (use access card for bus & ferry, ferry costs 75kr p/person, each way) and that was gorgeous! The hosts do not mention in the listing that the hot water really only lasts for one shower, the only sink is in the bathroom, and the toilet/sink/shower system connects to one pipe in the main house. It's okay, but for the price we probably expected a bit more. Also, the shower leaked quite a bit. Erik was easy to contact by text. They did not stay there that weekend but instead other family members were there - a big thank you to Johan and Erik for arranging for us to do some laundry in the main house as we'd been travelling for a while. Above and beyond! Four stars not three because the hosts were so lovely and accommodating and the decor and little touches were great!

Nous avons eu un grand séjour avec Erik et Frida. Ils étaient très gentils et serviables et l'endroit était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le quartier est très calme et magnifique avec un emplacement idéal pour des excursions dans l'archipel et Stockholm, il arrive qu'il y avait à seulement 1 km de la plage la plus proche. La propriété est une petite annexe, qui est parfaitement adapté à deux. Nous ne pouvons donner la place et les hôtes de nos recommandations les plus chaudes.

Erik en Frida was ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk, de locatie was mooi en zoals beschreven. De doordachte details, zoals het verlaten van ons traktaties in de koelkast waren echt gewaardeerd. De cabine is goed ingericht en comfortabel, gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer, dicht bij een supermarkt en slijterij, makkelijk om eruit te komen naar de eilanden van de archipel of naar de stad. We hadden een schitterende vakantie, we zouden het aanbevelen! Dank u Erik en Frida.

Un joli chalet situé dans un quartier agréable (près de deux lacs). Le propriétaire Eva est très gentil et serviable. La communication était très bon. Le prix pour les conditions suédoises est ok.

Quick response from host and easy to communicate with. Home was clean and well equipped. All necessary bedding, towels, and appliances provided. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Convenient to be near grocery store. 1 double bed, 1 air mattress, and a comfortable sofa upstairs for 1 person along with sofa downstairs for 1 person was enough for family of 5. Had a great stay!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we ever had. Mikael and his whife were super quick with responding and made sure everything was perfect. The location and view were amazing as well. Totally relaxing! If we ever happen to be in the neighborhood we sure would book some nights here again!

We enjoyed staying alin Mike's apartment. Everything was good and Mike provided us with all information we needed such as parking, traveling to Stockholm and great directions to his house so we did not lose time searching. Mike was a good host and I can definitely recommend this airbnb location.

We had an incredible stay at Inglas cottage. The whole family was incredibly welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting you all. You were so warm and the fresh eggs and cakes was a special touch to the stay. We would love the recipe for the cakes! The location is stunning and nothing will beat swimming in the lake. Thank you so much for giving us the encouragement to jump in. The place was amazing. All the different BBQ areas were great and the hot tub was a perfect addition to relaxing in the evening and soaking up the beautiful surroundings. The photos don't even give it justice, this place is truly special, we posted photos I out Instagram accounts and we already have two people interested in booking. Mycket fin liten stuga i väldigt pittoresk omgivning

It was great staying with Ingela and her family. They are very friendly people with a great property! Our kids enjoyed hanging arround playing with the cats, jumping on the trampoline, soccer field or swimming in the lake. A little holiday itself! Go and look for yourself!

Jag kan bara tänka tillbaka på vår vistelse på Ingela och Niklas gård med ett leende. Sådant varmt välkomnande och omtänksamt omhändertagande av värdparet, fantastiskt rogivande miljö och en sådan perfekt stuga för oss två. Vi spenderade fem nätter i stugan och varvade verkligen ner så fort vi hade kommit fram till stugan efter fin hjälp med väskor, grundlig information om stugan och omgivningarna. Stugan ligger en bit ner från Ingela och Niklas hus, bakom en klipphäll med ett privat och ostört läge och med en underbar utsikt mot den böljande ängen och den lilla sjön. Det mesta vi behövde fanns i stugan, som var väldigt ren och fräsch (byggdes förra året) och noggrant inredd för att effektivisera den lilla ytan. Vi hade stor glädje av den stora altanen med flera olika sittgrupper, solbäddar, grillar och parasoll. När solen gick ner eller vädret inte var på vår sida åt vi middagar under altantaket med infravärmen eller tog ett värmande dopp i bubbelpoolen. Under soliga dagar släntrade vi ner till badklipporna över ängen och tog några dopp i sjön istället. Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta boende och kommer absolut att återvända. Kanske till hösten för några dagars svamp- och bärplockning i den dignande skogen intill eller bara för några dagars avkoppling från storstadsstressen.

Ingela and her family have been very kind hosts. They always had some tips about sights in the surroundings. When we met each other, we often had a little chat. Their place is quiet and really beautiful. The property is separated into two parts by a big rock. On one side Ingela and her family have their house and on the other is the guest house. We loved it, but you have to see it yourself. The guest house is a lovely little place with a spacious terrace. The property is located near the town Gustavsberg. Driving with a car you can reach the town within 5 minutes. There are shopping facilities and a bus stop. Taking the bus you can reach Stockholm within 20 minutes. We had a really nice stay and definitely want to come back.

Allt var perfekt och vi hade en riktigt fin upplevelse i denna trevliga och välutrustade stuga. Inte minst tack vare att Ingela och hennes familj är extremt vänliga, tillmötesgående och serviceinriktade. Inte många värdar som bakar gott bröd & kladdkaka, dukar, bäddar och ställer fram glas. Miljön är underbar, en idyllisk och lugn bit av svensk natur med en sjö i närheten. Perfekt för att varva ner. Jag rekommenderar verkligen att man lägger till frukost och jacuzzi.

Carolina Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich für eine Familie von vier oder weniger. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit das Wesentliche und wirklich komfortabel. Wir fanden es eine tolle Lage für beide in Stockholm bekommen und in der Nähe von Wasser und Natur draußen bleiben. Wir haben mit Carolina treffen. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit allen unseren Fragen. Sie gab auch ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück Elemente für uns zu bedienen, was eine schöne Überraschung war. Ich empfehle ihren Platz hoch in Gustavs! Danke, Carolina, nach einem großen Platz in der Nähe von Stockholm zu bleiben!

Carolina was a great host. Her house is located just a few minutes walk from the ocean with a beautiful scenery in the southern archipelago of Stockholm. Yet public communication to the center of Stockholm is extremely good and takes less than 30 min. The Fantastic museum Artipelag is within walking distance. I recommend the weekend buffet there. Carolinas place is for anyone who wants to experience the nature but with proximity to the huzzle of the city of Stockholm.

Carolina was extremely warm and welcoming. Her place is lovely, spacious and nicely done up too. Bonus was that she included breakfast, which she didn't have to, but that was a huge plus point. We were very happy that we chose to stay at her place. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Carolina was very helpful and quick to answer us with everything we needed. Her flat is very spacious for 4 people. We appreciated the large living room and the nice kitchen. Carolina left us some nice Swedish items to have breakfast. The location was ideal for us, it was 20mins car distance from the center of Stockholm but a good starting spot to visit the archipelago as well. We genuinely felt like at home and we highly recommend this flat to anyone willing to visit Stockholm and around.

Il est lumineux et élégant et un endroit très confortable pour se détendre - nous avons immédiatement senti à la maison dès que nous avons franchi la porte. Caroline est un hôte fantastique. Elle était à l'arrêt de bus dans Gustavsberg pour nous accueillir (il est à 5 min à pied de l'appartement) et était extrêmement utile en nous donnant des conseils sur les meilleurs endroits à visiter dans la région et l'archipel. Elle nous a également laissé des fruits, du pain, de la soupe, yaourt etc - petites attentions qui font une réelle différence. Gustavsberg est une excellente base pour explorer à la fois Stockholm lui-même (30 minutes sur le bus), ainsi que l'archipel. A, hôte super-chaleureux et un grand appartement - fortement recommandé.
