Angel is AMAZING! She is incredibly warm and caring! She was waiting right outside the door when we arrived and eagerly awaiting to help us bring in all our stuff. She made us feel right at home! Her home is extremely clean and the pool and complex are just as gorgeous as the pictures! We had a wonderful stay and would definately come back again!

Good option in Henderson, Nevada on outskirts of Las Vegas if you're looking for a private bedroom with shared bathroom. Nice place, cozy, well-equipped and good value. We did not meet Angel, the host, as she was at work when we checked in and was not up and about when we checked out the next morning. She sent us directions about how to get in, her condo is in a nice big complex. Wifi worked fine. Good deal. Thanks, Angel.

The condo surpassed our expectations! It was very clean and nicely furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities (i.e., wifi, gym, two pools, and whirlpool) that the condo had to offer. Also, Andy was extremely helpful in preparing for our unexpected late arrival. The village included lovely lake-side restaurants, an ice cream parlour, grocery store, and paddle board, bicycle and kayak rentals. The perfect oasis for some needed R&R.

Such a wonderful getaway! Secluded and private, but not too isolated. Access to two pools on site that were the perfect temperature. Little shops and restaurants in a little Italian village setting next to a lake. Accommodations were exactly as described. Great communication with host from beginning, during and and stay. Great place, clean and comfortable, good communication, stayed with kids and it had a beautiful pool for use. Check in was easy and hassle-free, parking was convenient and secure.

This is on the 1st floor facing parking lot, but it works out great. It's quiet and not far from parking allowing for easier loading/unloading. The views are amazing, so no worries about view from room. It was a great place to relax after hustle and bustle of the strip. Bed was comfortable. We had plenty of towels, but no washcloths, otherwise it was perfect.

Notre chambre était comme une chambre d'hôtel, mais avec une petite cuisine et un patio donnant sur le parking. Il y avait une belle grande salle de bain, avec une baignoire et une douche séparées. Nous n'avons pas exploré la pièce, mais tout semblait être en ordre à la surface. Nous avons laissé tomber nos bagages et nous sommes partis pour rencontrer des amis. Cette nuit-là, nous sommes allés au lit et pensé que les «draps» étaient un peu bizarres. Il semblait être une couverture de matelas qui ressemblait à des revêtements de meubles d'extérieur (le lendemain, nous avons trouvé des draps dans le placard). Nous avons passé la plupart de notre journée et de la soirée avec des amis par la belle piscine, avec beaucoup d'ombre agréable, et nous sommes retournés dans notre chambre pour une douche rapide avant de partir pour regarder les feux d'artifice. J'ai vérifié le patio que nous n'avions pas encore exploré. En rentrant, j'ai vu ce qui ressemblait à du sang à l'intérieur du rideau (un peu trop). C'était dans une zone qui ne serait visible que par le patio. This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The room was clean and nice, and there was everything needed supplied for you. There are restaurants and a shop within walking distance and beautiful views. We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

This place is amazing! The view from the balcony is so picturesque. The room is just a short 5 minute walk to the downtown village! What he includes in the room is WAY more than you would get at a normal hotel. Definitely will be back. Recommend to everyone!

Such a beautiful view from the balcony, and amazing pool and hot tub - amazing view from their too. The room was very clean and accurately described. The price was much cheaper than other comparable rooms. They had just switched the type of key card, but they hadn't completely finished switching. So we were given one key card in the room with an open any of the outside doors or parking lot. I sent a message to Andy - and within minutes he called me, got details, and he called the front desk manager. It was no more than 20 minutes and I had the new set of key cards that could open the outside doors and garage gate. Andy was very responsive to our key card problem and got it rectified very quickly. He then called the next day to make sure there were no other problems. Andy was an absolutely awesome host! We will definitely stay here next time we come to the Las Vegas area.

Erika’s place was great! Just what I needed for my short stay in Las Vegas/Henderson - for myself, daughter, and small dog. Clean, organized, all good, a nice pool, and a nice area. Check in and out was totally simple, just showed up. No issues, great stay for us.

A cozy and beautiful place to stay!

Firas is a excellent host, he makes sure your taken care of when you arrive. Stays out of your way and makes sure you are comfortable. It's a GREAT DEAL for the price. It's about 10-13 mins from strip but it's nice because of the nice area with NUMEROUS shops and restaurants in the area. I had an overall good time. The place was clean and exactly what I needed to chill out for a weekend of basketball and coaching. Firas you the man!! Be back soon bro.

Firas was fantastic and helpful with our elaborate plans and it was really a relief to have his help. Excellent communication and support, and a super comfortable sleep in the flat, which was very clean and just as described!

Staying at Gisel's condo was a wonderful experience. She is very easy to communicate with. She will go above and beyond what is expected to make sure your stay is fantastic!!

Gisele and her husband have set up a great apt. Great at connecting with us making sure we had everything we needed. Loved the view from the balcony. Very peaceful and incredible at night. Very clean, almost everything is brand new. Kitchen had everything we needed. Medium size fridge which was perfect. Very comfortable king size bed.

Certaines photos sont du lobby complexe pas l'appartement lui-même. Sorte de confusion. L'hôte était très agréable. Elle a acheté des blocs pour mes enfants qui était très doux. I was very excited about staying at Halles place. We had agreed that I would call her to arrange entry on the day of my arrival. Sadly, due to an injury, I was forced to return home early and was unable to stay in the residence. Despite previously arranging to contact her, I was unable to reach Halle via text or phone, to inform her that I was not able to occupy the space. I informed her that I was unable to do so, and could she please contact me. To date, I have not received a response. In the event that there was not a refund available due to my emergency, which I would totally understand, I was hoping to have some close friends use the space in my stead. Due to receiving no response, I was forced to send them elsewhere. In addition, I was charged for the full amount, including cleaning, while there was obviously no cleaning necessary. I can understand strict cancellation policies, but this is not fair, and I obviously cannot recommend a host that does not answer or return phone calls and messages.

Elle est arrivée à 08h50 et je l'avais attendu en dehors de la maison pendant une heure à ce moment-là. L'heure de départ est à midi. Hôte allait être à la bande (25 minutes) et a demandé si je pouvais laisser tomber la clé hors tension. Je lui ai laissé savoir que je serais chercher quelqu'un là-bas et elle pouvait me rencontrer là-bas, ou je pourrais simplement glisser la clé sous la porte après la verrouiller. Hôte dit de se réunir à 13 heures, une heure après que j'allais être là. Je lui ai dit que je ne serais pas attendre pour elle et que je pouvais laisser la clé avec valet. Elle a répondu: « Non, je ne veux pas d'avoir ma clé de votre déconner mon temps de l'église, je suis en train d'être patient », puis m'a appelé et m'a demandé de laisser tomber la clé descendre à ses soeurs emplacement à 2 miles, que j'ai accepté à. L'hôte semblait être une personne assez agréable, mais extrêmement égoïste et non coordonnée. We arrived at Ben's from Los Angeles. After we found the appartment number inside the beautiful North Green Valley country club, Ben welcomed us in and showed us the room which was very clean, cosy and quiet with a nice private bathroom. After arriving, we asked to use the pool and Ben gave us a key. The lock of the gate to the pool was difficult to open up but the pool was beautiful and the weather perfect. We went to Vegas during the nights using Uber which was on average 16/17 dollars. Traffic was horrible due to EDC so it took half an hour to get to our destinations there but normally I guess it would to take 10 to 15 minutes. Overall we had a great experience here, Ben was very friendly and we would definitely recommend this place.

Nice and safe place to stay in Vegas. Ben let us know that we could make ourselves at home in his place. Everything was exactly as described. We felt very safe in their neighborhood; the surrounding countryside is beautiful. I highly recommend this place for the price.

Good place, very quiet area. Loved the TVs and video game consoles. The place was a tad bit further from the strip than expected. Very clean. Host is nice but a bit too bothersome by waking us up in the morning. Overall, 4/5 rating.
