Lovely place, lovely people, and an amazing hot tub! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at David & Laura's place, it's a bit of a hidden gym in the Cornish countryside, surrounded by nice animals and lovely views of the hills. Ask them for a dip in the hot tub if you're in need of a little warming up.

This was a wonderful air bnb. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. Room and bathroom were exceptionally comfortable and clean. David and Laura were simply lovely. The location was amazing and staying on the farm just added to what was a terrific place Thank you David and Laura for making us so welcome.

Large and clean bedroom with extra large bed and private bathroom, nice and quiet surroundings in the farmlands. Nothing wrong with this place at all!

Les was an excellent host, there when we arrived to show facilities. As it was close to Easter we each had a cream egg waiting for us as well as a packet of biscuit, very nice touch from our hosts and very popular with children. Caravan is in excellent location near Eden project, St Austell, Fowey and many beaches. Caravan is good value for family of 5 and Les and his wife have decorated it to make it a welcome place. We recommend hurting boat from Fowey to look around harbour and up river. We stayed 5 of us, it just meant or teenage son had to get up earlier than he wished in the morning as he slept in the lounge. Kitchen well equipped, cooker like at home and enough pots and pans to prepare meals for family. Lounge had views over field and sunset; horses in fields nearby, walking track to Tressilick nearby. Recommended for a short stay to look around on a budget.

Very pleasant stay, Les was extremely friendly and welcoming and suggested some nice places/discounts. Quaint yet comfortable caravan, constant hot water and gas. Spacious for 4, cosy for 6. Well equipped kitchen, clean bedding and towels provided. Can get a little cool (at night) and damp. 10 minute drive from St Austell and Eden project (magnificent), little tricky to find (hint: (URL HIDDEN) but has it's own parking. WiFi connection weak at best but improvements should be on the way soon. The horses outside provided ample alternative entertainment. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider returning!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Luxulyan bleiben. Les und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und zeigte uns alle Extras, als wir ankamen. Es gab Schokolade auf dem Kopfkissen und jaffa Kuchen auf dem Tisch. Der Ort hatte alles, was wir auch einige Kinder DVDs und Bücher benötigt. Unser 3-jährigen Zwillinge besonders genossen beobachten und die Pferde auf dem Feld zu zählen. Es war toll, alle Handtücher und Dinge zu haben, wie wir so viel Material aus bringen Speichern vorgesehen, um Flüssigkeit und Würzen Abwasch. Vielen Dank!

Les was very accommodating when we arrived late due to traffic. My daughter was delighted to find a chocolate on each bed and we also were pleased to receive wine and biscuits. Our daughter loved the horses and spent most of her time looking at them or the cat... We had an excellent family friendly meal at The Polgooth Inn and enjoyed visiting Boscastle and St. Michael's Mount - including a boat ride each way.

A very homely place with a super friendly and very helpful host and a great little dog (millie) would not hesitate to stay again if we were in the area.

Jo was an excellent host! From the moment I walked through the door, to the moment I left, I was warmly welcomed. The location was excellent, a real community with a great pub, good connections from the main road and a 2 minute walk from the railway station. And all for £20 a night!

Die Gastgeber sehr nachdenklich eine zusätzliche Doppel-Matratze für uns im Einzelzimmer hinstellen, so dass wir nicht auf dem Schlafsofa brauchte. Ausgezeichnete Garten, sehr ruhig. Ländliche Lage so Auto für die Reise benötigt.

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation von Anfang an. Jakob und seine Familie ging die extra Meile uns ein Reisebett beziehen. Sehr ländliche Lage in der Nähe einige wunderbare Dörfer mit Geschäften und Pubs. Eigenes Auto für diesen einen sehr zu empfehlen. Perfekte Flucht aus Stadtleben.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Lanlivery selbst ist es für eine Nacht war. Jake und seine Familie waren sehr zuvorkommend, auch eine zusätzliche Matratze für einen unserer Gäste nach unten setzen. Auch wenn wir nicht lange dort wäre, würde ich einfach betrachten hier für einen längeren Zeitraum in der Zukunft zu bleiben!

We had a great time at Jacob's place. The house is in a very quiet and secluded spot with a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts were very welcoming and I would recommend this listing to anyone searching for a relaxing rural holiday spot.

Beautiful rural cottage in a lovely setting. Very quiet and peaceful, walking distance from a great country pub. Anna, the host, was very welcoming and friendly. I would stay there again!

It was as I expected. A little remote but very picturesque. A good idea to pinpoint exactly where the property is situated as taxi drivers not always familiar with the many lanes. A welcoming feeling.

Phillipa made us feel extremely welcome. She has seemingly thought of every little detail to make your stay a comfortable one - the place is very nicely furnished with lovely attention to detail and of course, the hot tub is a great relaxer at the end of a sightseeing day.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war perfekt für einen schönen, entspannten paar Tage und eine tolle Lage der umliegenden Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Snug war erstaunlich! Wir liebten besonders den Whirlpool und den Geschmack in der Art innerhalb und außerhalb des Snug. Kann es sehr dort einen Aufenthalt empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem schönen Teil des Landes zu bleiben. Wir waren für ein Wochenende in der gemütlichen im Oktober. Die komfortabel war sehr schön und sauber und warm. Ich kann es wäre schön, im Dezember vorstellen zu bleiben! Es ist nahe genug, um alle Strände in Cornwall. Wir besuchten St. Ives, Perranporth und Healeys Cider Farm am Samstag und Charlestown am Sonntag. Phillipa haben uns sehr wohl fühlen und gaben uns Tipps für wo das Mittagessen am Sonntag in Charlestown zu haben, das war sehr gut! Auch wenn die eng an der Seite des Hauses ist haben Sie genügend Privatsphäre und der Whirlpool ist toll, nach einem langen Tag an der Küste Cornwalls zu Fuß. Nächstes Mal, wenn wir Cornwall besuchen wir in der gemütlichen aufhalten soll.

We stayed at the Snug for a couple of nights, it was absolutely amazing (the best mini break we have ever been on!)! After a long car journey getting to the snug we were greeted with a beautiful room, a fridge filled with essentials and fresh bread! After settling in we went in the hot tub, listened to music with the disco lights going whilst looking up at the stars! It was absolutely perfect and so private and quiet! We headed to Padstow one our first day which was beautiful - it takes about 30mins to get there from the snug! Finishing off the day with another chilled final evening in the cosy snug and hot tub! The snug is in driving distance of so many lovely places! Philippa & Andy are the perfect hosts, the room clean and decorated beautifully! Every single thing had been thought of and it totally made our mini break stress free and very chilled out! We will be back as we had the best time! Thanks so much again! Graeme & Jess x

My partner and I had an amazing time at Carol's chill out cabin. It was very cozy, romantic, and private. The surrounding area was beautiful and we were able to go hiking from a trail starting right across the road which was very convenient. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book again in the future.

The cabin is in a beautiful and secluded location - exactly as described. We had a lovely few days exploring the locality and relaxing in the excellent accommodation. Carole was a lovely host and we'd without a doubt love to return on any future trips to Cornwall.

We needed somewhere to stay while looking for a new house in Cornwall. We are relocating back down to the St Austell area and wanted somewhere self contained to use as a base while viewing property. From the moment we arrived we where blown away by the location & the cabin. It's set in it's own private paddock/meadow. The cabin has it's own entrance & gravel driveway. Carol met us on arrival & was so lovely, settling us in & showing us how everything worked. The location is stunning & so quiet. The cabin itself was amazing. It has a really rustic but modern feel to it & we had the most relaxing stay. The whole cabin was well thought out & super comfortable. On the sunny days we sat out on the private deck with drinks & watched the sunset. On the rainy days we lit the wood burning stove & stayed cosy in the cabin with the rain tapping on the roof. It was such a romantic spot. The tranquility was just what we needed, after spending stressful days viewing property it was the perfect retreat to come back to. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Et quand il y avait un peu de soleil, nous avons jeté ouvrir les portes pliantes et baigné dans la belle entoure, accompagné par le beau chat. Carol était un hôte charmant. Nous y retournerons sans faute revenir au printemps / été !!!!

We had a fabulous stay in Carol's cabin. The hardest part of our trip was having to leave! It's a beautiful space with everything you'd need. Carol had the woodburner lit when we arrived & with a bit of a storm raging outside (Feb) it was so cosy. I couldn't recommend a stay here enough & I truly hope we'll go back soon.

The Cabin could not be more perfect for a cosy, romantic weekend away. The photos do not do it justice, it really was even more beautiful than we'd imagined. Carol was a fantastic host and even lit the woodburner for our arrival (much appreciated on a wet and windy evening!) We can't wait to return and couldn't recommend it more.

Eden's yard is one of the nicest and friendliest backpackers I've ever been to. Julia and Neil are very welcoming hosts and I recommend sharing dinner and a few beers with them whilst you're there. It's very close to the fabulous Eden project and lots of interesting bushwalks. It's manageable to get to without a car (especially if you don't have much luggage) and if you have time I would recommend exploring the Cornish coast as well!

Treganoon House is beautifully situated with stunning views from the private fields. The room was clean and cosy, just as the photos, and warm like the welcome I received from Sara and Kevin! They made every effort to make sure our stay with them was pleasant with much insider information about the local area. Freshly baked bread and homemade jam at breakfast was a delight in their farmhouse kitchen. A home away from home for our stay in Cornwall, I look forward to visiting again!

This is a beautiful country home tucked away down a winding country lane. It is a great place to stay to get away from it all. Sara & Kevin are in the process of restoring their home to its former glory. The work they have done is lovely and the guest room is very comfortable. They were most hospitable hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. You would definitely need to have your own transport to stay here, as it is out of the way. 1 mile to nearest village with pub etc.

Onze eerste Airbnb ervaring en we konden niet hebben gevraagd om meer! Onze kamer was licht, ruim en zeer comfortabel. Sara en Kevin waren de perfecte gastheren, goed geïnformeerd over het gebied, en zeer aanspreekbaar. Mijn kleine 6 jr oude vonden het voeden van de kippen en het verzamelen van de eieren in de ochtend. Er was voldoende ruimte voor haar om rond te rennen en te verkennen! Zou zeker aanraden Treganoon House voor iedereen die wil alles wat Cornwall te bieden heeft!

Sara and Kevin are a lovely couple (and both quite handsome) who are really good hosts as well. Kevin picked us up from the railway station and drove us to their address, and sara was so kind to take us with her at our departure, and even drove us to st. Austell. My girlfriend and i had a great time there and we highly recommend visiting them (and their chickens)
