The place and the host are both great! The apartment is fully furnished and the location in very centric, note that some of the pictures shows the apartment unfurnished, but those show the early stage, take your time and navigate the dozen of pictures, the apartment have all that is needed and good quality furniture, the beds are really comfortable! Rania is the perfect host, she helped me a lot, was always available to answer any question and eager to help. Communication with her started early, she arranged my transfer from Cairo, and she and her mother were so kind, they even greet me at the apartment very late at my arrival. I would recommend this place to anyone responsible, and for sure Rania's help was a big plus in this experience!, I even re-booked this place for an extra week! :-)

The place was great! Clean and in a great neighborhood. We had to travel a bit for some of the tourist attractions, but we were mainly there for the great beach and this place was great for that. Ibrahim was very helpful and friendly, he called every other day to ask if he could do any help or guidance. The place was clean and nice. Ibrahim was also flexible with checking in/out, his father was there to welcome us. The location is great, there is anything u could think of just downstairs, including the beach.

I had a short (EMAIL HIDDEN)ing from someone who used to rent a lot in the past in Sahel, this place is impeccable. Usually furniture and internal decor is the last concern on owners' mind when they plan to rent their apts in Sahel, at Toni's is not the case. As soon as you come in, you feel good. Location is very convenient for people who don't like to spend their times wandering around Sahel and getting stuck in traffic and Toni himself was very responsive and following up and helpful. I definitely recommend him and this place.

So I read all of these five stars reviews and it excites me to go. When I reached there I got to know the reasons! Fabulous stay we had so much fun. The chalet is simple, elite and chic. You feel home the very moment you enter. One of the positive points is security and a swimming pool in front of the building. We enjoyed this pool exclusively! Toni was very responsive he replies promptly, supportive and friendly. Marassi is the best spot in Egypt. I visited hacienda and others and I would call them cheap. Marassi has great facilities, toilets on the beach, sofas , bean bags, kids pools. So bottom line highly recommend!

There was a problem to access the compound as the security required to speak with the owner. Same problem to access the Beach club. Host wasn't at the compound to welcome us. There was no towels or soap in bathroom. Beds are single beds and not double. Apartment can host 3 adults after host provided extra single bed. Communication with host over Airbnb or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) wasn't good as he was accusing us that we are lying. Host sent someone on his behalf after 2 hours from our check-in to provide assistance. To Access the compound or Beach club house security ask for the owner to allow you inside. However to access North Beach it doesn't require owner to be there. Owner provided amenities and extra bed after we raised a complaint on Airbnb. apartment wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived.

The host Mr Ayman is a wonderful man, the check in process was very easy & fast . The apartment is a super nice in all aspects, the location is very convenient & central . The view is stunning view of the sea . Many restaurants & cafe in the area around it . It was really a very nice experience for me & my family in this apartment. It was 2 bed room , sleeping up to even 7 persons. The bathroom is excellent. The thing that really attracted me is that the apartment is super CLEAN. New bedsheets, new towels , new slippers.....etc . I really recommend this apartment for everyone.

Ne peut pas dire assez de bonnes choses à propos de Ayman et sa place! Mon téléphone a été volé sur le chemin de l'Egypte et j'eu du mal à communiquer avec Ayman au début et il est allé sans cesse de sa façon de me contacter et assurez-vous que je ne l'ai pas besoin de rien et appréciais mon séjour. Il était un grand hôte! L'endroit est génial! Nous avons prévu d'aller à la plage tous les jours, mais le balcon était si grand que quelques jours que nous venons préféré rester dans et profiter de notre vue sur la plage privée. Nous avons cuisiné dans parfois et la maison est bien équipée pour rester dans. Le quartier était aussi merveilleux! La nourriture ne aurait pu être mieux et les propriétaires de restaurants étaient très aimables. Il y avait beaucoup de vente à haute pression, mais je pense que ce serait dans un quartier à Alexandrie. Dans l'ensemble, je ne pouvais pas recommander cet endroit plus fortement!

What a magical little gem in Alexandria. You wouldn't know it by the outside of the building...but the inside is perfect. An open floor plan that is lit by natural light allows guests to see the Mediterranean from all rooms. The artist touch is the cherry on top. Ayman made sure we were comfortable at all times and when we arrived, he had everything set up...even some fresh fruit! We had a little baby with us, which was not a problem at all. The Hilton is a 2 minute walk and it's easy (and safe) to catch a taxi out back. I highly recommend this accommodation!!

The host has been exceptionally helpful, attentive and generous. He has made sure everything is in place and has welcomed us with a collection of delicious fruits. The house is spacious and the balcony is delightful. It is located on the second floor, which was a bit difficult for old persons. Other than that, a very nice stay!

We found the host friendly and accommodating. Everything was in order as promised. We enjoyed our stay in Marina and in the apartment. We greatly appreciated the extra effort Medhad made for us by providing a fruit basket, kitchen towels, coffee, tea etc.The bathroom had tissue paper, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. In all, we had a great experience and would recommend this apartment with confidence.

Our host Medhat was very warm and welcoming, even before our arrival he was very patient and efficient in answering all our questions online. Upon arrival the house was very clean and accurately described. It felt like home.

We've read the description of the place and seen its photos on the website before we went, but in reality we were really amazed by how perfect the place was as it has exceeded our expectations. The terrace itself is a lot bigger than what was captured in the photos. The place suits large groups and families as it suits 7 persons conveniently and more. It is really close to everything as described. The host was very hospitable, flexible and co-operative. Loved the amenities in the bathroom, kitchen and the welcome fruits basket as it felt like a serviced apartment. Every detail about the apartment's furniture really suited our 2 nights stay. Our time was perfectly spent as the number of rooms and bathrooms really saved time! We can't wait to spend another vacation over there and are looking forward to our next stay.

I have just finished a week vacation at Mr Medhat's place in Marina Alalamein. The whole experience was great. The place itself exceeded my expectations, as it was spacious, very clean, and with a very nice view. As for the host, Mr Medhat was more than welcoming, adrdressed all our needs promptly, prepared a welcome fruit basket, drinking water, and all the house needs up to soap and shampoo! He was the perfect host and I would definitely stay there again ..

It was a miserable experience. Although the Appartment is located in a very good place yet it was super dirty. I can clearly see the accumulated dust on ground. The bed was dirty too. I could see hair on the pillows and the linen was smelling and not clean. The bathroom was dirty and doesn't have at least a soap bar. The carpet was not clear, full of hair and dust. The balcony was a disaster. We couldn't sleep well due to the dirtiness. We even checked out before our time and had to leave to a different place.
