Jill, Grace's friend, was very welcoming and lovely to chat to. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent for us. The house was very clean and homely and the breakfast was delicious. It was very nice to come back after a day out and be treated to fresh coffee and biscuits. We would not hesitate to return if we were in the area again.

Staying with Jill at the beautiful cottage she shares with her partner Grace, who wasn't there during our stay, was an awesome experience. Jill makes you feel at home and welcomes you as part of her family. Even our dog Mozart was welcomed by heart! We had great breakfasts and dinner together and enjoyed very much chatting with Jill. She made sure we had everything we need during our stay. The house is even nicer then on the pictures and I just can imagine how stunning the garden has to be in the summer months. Highly recommend a stay with Jill & Grace. One of the best AirBnB experiences we've made so far!

Der Ort ist sehr schön, die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und kümmerte sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, darunter ein sehr schönes Abendessen, tolles Frühstück und warmes Feuer im Kamin. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Bett waren Plüsch und komfortabel. Würde wieder hier übernachten!

Très bon logement,week end paisible ,il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour(avec plein de petites attentions), Espace extérieur bien aménagés et très propre.merci à vous 2 pour votre accueil Bonne continuation à vous 2!!

Nous recommandons très fortement ce gîte. Nous étions venu en famille (5 adultes, 1 enfant, 1 bébé) pour passer un week end au calme à la campagne... Ce gîte correspond tout à fait à ces attentes. En plus d'être rénové avec goût (les amateurs de vieilles pierres apprécieront), le logement est très bien aménagé, et le poêle à bois très agréable. Coté extérieur, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un grand soleil, ce qui nous a permis de déjeuner dehors (un 18 février !!!)... et pour les enfants, le parc est parfait (ballon, balançoire, tobbogan...). Nous avons également profité des vélos pour se balader. Nous sommes vraiment très satisfait de notre séjour. (Pour ceux qui comme nous qui ne parlent pas l'anglais, ne vous inquiétez pas, John parle très bien le français) Thank you, Tania & John et peut être à bientôt !

John en Tania zijn prachtig, ze doen alles om de reis zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het zwembad is geweldig, de plaats is mooi en rustig.

Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust en met zorg ingericht. Comfortabele accommodatie. De gastheren zijn attent en gastvrij met een focus die in een Engels sprekend land zal brengen! very nice

Notre hôte John et sa femme étaient très polis et fait en sorte de nous faire sentir à l'aise dès que nous sommes arrivés. L'emplacement est très calme et il est entouré par des champs et des vues sur la campagne. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour se détendre c'est l'endroit à venir.

This is a nice basic French farm house in a very quiet village. The price is very good for the facilities offered. There are no shops, the nearest being in Nere about a mile away, which is a pleasant walk along a quiet road, or a couple of minutes drive. The property has a large enclosed area that catches the sun all of the day. The host and his wife are very friendly, ensuring we had, everything we needed and no problems. There is only one comment to make which is the the single bathroom can only be accessed through one of the bedrooms. This was not a problem for us but might be for more people sharing the property.

We were very well received and had a good stay. Warning for those who rely on their internet, we did not have 3G ...

Enjoyed the house in the pretty countryside. The house is located in a small village, but for a shop or bakery you need to visit a nearby village (10min away by car). We Loved the Terrace at the back of the house where you can sit and relax in the Shade. The house stays relatively cool inside and is spacious. Erica is easy going and friendly and can be reached when needed.

We had a wonderfull time in the loveley house from Erica and Dave. We loved the very nice surounding and little towns. The house is confortable and cosy, everything was as discribed on the advertisment. We hope to come back in the future.

Mike's house is really cute, small (45m 2 rooms) but nice, not too overlooked except on old neighbor when you are in the pool. Good water is cool even in summer (16 to 19 ° max), but clean the pump does its job. Full equipment available for a barbecue, dry her laundry (washing machine is available), even a freezer is available on site (which was good because the fridge is small). Good by cons I did not understand how to use the gas oven. Otherwise everything is nickel, HDTV (I plugged the area above), the walk-in shower (great!), Reclining beds, etc etc ... but a far from any central location for walks on La Rochelle Royan, and Angouleme.

Joy était l'hôte parfait. Elle était à portée de main quand nous avions besoin d'elle, mais nous a laissé pour profiter du beau gîte et un cadre magnifique. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Elle a vraiment pris soin de nous et est un bel accueil sympathique.
